It was actually a very good experience, surgical staff very knowledgeable, made me comfortable and answered all my questions. Got to meet with Dr. Beirman prior to surgery, he was full of energy and assured me everything was going to be okay....cool guy!...I was so comfortable I didn't want to go home! I had no pain afterwards, just some swelling and used ice to help. Had absolutely no problems with this surgery. My only bitch was not being able to drive for six weeks, but I had my pins removed today, no problems there and in a week or so I will be able to drive and wear a normal shoe. If you are considering a hammertoe surgery and have done your research you know that this is not a simple operation. I could not be happier with the results. And I want to stress that throughout this long procedure, Dr. Beirman answered all of my questions, didn't sugar coat any of the drawbacks and assured me that some of my fears and hesitations were normal...but walking around in pain was not normal. I am glad I went into this with his help and I'm glad to be on the other side looking back and realizing although this was arduous, I wouldn't be here if he wasn't a complete professional and an excellent doctor. I always leave the clinic with a sense of being cared for and hopefulness by competent and kind providers. I have a wonky schedule, and the clinic has been flexible with my scheduling appointments as well. They have had a faster turnaround time than the larger clinics I used to go to (for reference: I established care with Dr. Schenoist within 1-2 weeks of my initial phone call. and if I had an urgent need, I could get in for an appointment within the week. by contrast- if I dared do that with the larger clinics like CHI Franciscan or Virginia Mason, I was waiting MONTHS for an appointment to be seen.) I have never been to this location. I typically see Dr. Nethercott in his office in Puyallup, WA. I was just in the area of Bonney Lake, WA. As in anyplace you go to, first impressions are very important. My experience today was more than expected. Ms. Laura is the first person you see as I entered. Her teammate, Ms. Ashley worked together to make my experience very reassuring, compassionate and kindness is what I was extremely pleased with. Dr. Nethercott teammate, Ms. Wendy, his MA, was very sweet. Set everything up to prepare what was needed to work on my wound. As frustrated I have been with my feet wounds for many years in Texas. I had to find a Podiatrist since I moved to Washington. Dr. Nethercott was highly rated. I had a very serious infection that landed me in the ER. Dr. Nethercott set me up for a biopsy of my wound to determine the path that would be needed to handle my situation. He processed the whole issue was improved. I have been seeing Dr Frazier since 2003 he has been amazing!…read more He had done my ingrown toe nails both feet in 2003 and recently in 2026. He listens to you and is kind and explains what's wrong and how he will fix it. I used to have severe lymphedema both legs I was a regular client after losing a lot of weight I have minimal swelling just in the summer months. Parking is great it's huge lot and building and bathrooms are clean. Dr Frazier has been a great help to me he also does his surgeries at St Fransican hospital near by. Office staff is great but I did have a few issues and brought it to his attention he was not happy with that because they had bad phone etiquette. His location is kinda hidden when you make a left at the light stay to the left is across from a senior nursing facility. There are only 2 handicap spots up front extremely tight and not van accessible! Overall I highly recommended his practice!
