We had a visit here for my daughter's sever's. The appointment was fine. I already knew she had…read moresever's, it was more just to see if we could get x-rays to determine that her growth plate activity was normal and there were no fractures and if there was anything he would recommend doing and not doing. He was able to determine there was nothing abnormal, but didn't really have too much else to say except she'll eventually grow out of it (which we knew) and can continue or not continue activity at her own judgement. What I wanted to point out is the extreme pricing of the appointment. Be aware before you take any type of equipment from them or at least ask about cost of service/item. They charged $155 for a very janky night splint, where you can get one of much higher quality on Amazon or other sellers for a mere $25. The @15 minute "low-complexity" appointment was $250. The only thing not ridiculously priced was the radiographs, but these were still over $100. If you have foot problems, and are unsure if your insurance will cover all costs, you may want to shop around before you choose this location.

It was actually a very good experience, surgical staff very knowledgeable, made me comfortable and answered all my questions. Got to meet with Dr. Beirman prior to surgery, he was full of energy and assured me everything was going to be okay....cool guy!...I was so comfortable I didn't want to go home! I had no pain afterwards, just some swelling and used ice to help. Had absolutely no problems with this surgery. My only bitch was not being able to drive for six weeks, but I had my pins removed today, no problems there and in a week or so I will be able to drive and wear a normal shoe. If you are considering a hammertoe surgery and have done your research you know that this is not a simple operation. I could not be happier with the results. And I want to stress that throughout this long procedure, Dr. Beirman answered all of my questions, didn't sugar coat any of the drawbacks and assured me that some of my fears and hesitations were normal...but walking around in pain was not normal. I am glad I went into this with his help and I'm glad to be on the other side looking back and realizing although this was arduous, I wouldn't be here if he wasn't a complete professional and an excellent doctor. He's showed compassion and understanding at every step and his response timing is insane, he wants to help people with and through their injuries and the treatment I've gotten from him has made that very clear to me, 10/10 I will recommend for ankle and foot care! Dr. Tirabassi was very nice and respecttul. He gave me paper work containing exercises to help me and basically explained what plantar was and so on, but that was it. On the 2nd visit it was same thing & more info on plantar fasciitis, i got a boot that i was told if my insurance didn't cover it, it would be $60-$70 Turns out because i have medical insurance i have to pay $147 more for that boot but was never told this. I asked for help but they just blew me off saying once the transaction goes through, nobody can change it and im stuck with that bill. According to the front desk i was supposed to have known or asked my insurance, it's not their responsibility to tell me. A little heads up wouldn't have hurt but then again they wouldn't have gotten more money out of me. So From (2)$495 a visit plus (2)$50 co pays. $60 something for insoles, $200 for the boot comes to about $1350 paid to them (give or take) I have gotten more info & better exercises off of TikTok videos than the actual visits. Personally it just seems like another money hungry clinic! Writing this because i know there is people out there living check to check and sometimes cant afford extra surprise expenses. So make sure to find out pricing because they wont help you. Actually they don't care to help you.
