So when my daughter started feeling bad and running a fever I knew she had caught it also. I called this location and they said they couldn't call her a script in unless they saw her. It was almost time for them to close at 8. So I rushed and hurried to get there with my daughter crying, shivering and feeling awful. I arrive at the facility's 10 till 8. When I arrive the door is locked and the receptionist working ducks behind the counter as if to she's hiding (WTF?). So there I am daughter in arm and this location has obviously closed early and the employees don't have the balls to tell me. Ballad Health, surely your better than this. Now my daughter will have to wait for care and medication because your employees didn't want to abide by the hours of operation posted more than likely bc they wanted to get home in time to watch "The Bachelor".

When I had to again get a pre-flight test prior to my return, I was charged $34 in Paris, which is a VERY expensive city for any services. My issue is the exorbitant charge of FOUR TIMES the International fee by a local service, which one would expect to be more reasonable.
