The centre is appointment only but I was able to get in on the same day I fell ill so just give them a call and try your luck. The appointments cannot be bulk billed and are around the $100.00 mark. There is of course the margin you can get back from Medicare, so don't forget to save all of the receipts. The offices are very clean and professional. At the time I was seriously sick and the doctor was knowledgeable and thorough during my examination and asked a lot of questions regarding my state. Generally, I wouldn't go for somewhere that is bulk billed, however it was an emergency and I was happy with the service I received.

The offices are clean and quite new, you could still smell the paint, there is a kids area in the waiting room, several doctors offices and a large waiting room. The staff are friendly and quick at getting you in if you're new, all I needed was my Medicare card and to confirm my address and phone number. Bulk billing makes this even better, once finished with the doctor I was ready to leave, nothing else had to be done.

Now in my adult life, on the rare occasion that I choose to visit a clinic this is the one I still stand by. It's convenient, its local and it is covered by Medicare. The staff are friendly and the Doctors for the most part (but not whole part) are great. Additionally I find Kingswood Clinic to be fairly efficient and unlike many other clinics, I have never found myself waiting long to see a Doctor. Having said that, it definitely helps to make an appointment prior to attending.

They certainly should but any excuse to keep our hard earned money in their hands they will endeavour to find Nevertheless the service I received during a very busy day was outstanding. Since my problem was orthopaedic and there is a Sports Injury / Orthopaedic Clinic on site when I was eventually seen by the ED doctor I was quickly referred to the right folk. Again this is a busy place and not all the patients were as tolerant as they should be. Regardless all the staff were kind, courteous, compassionate and professional. The clinical education and treatment was outstanding. So if you have $380 and want top quality care it's worth the cost. But do be nice to the staff. And remember they will be patients there alot sicker than you.

They have extended opening hours which is fantastic so you don't have to take time off work to get an appointment all the time. I've always been given referrals for any family member to really good places as well. Usually they will bulk bill which heaps of places don't do anymore so if someone gets sick the day before pay day it's not a problem. They have a nurse on duty most of the time if you need. They have other more specialised services they offer such as some sports stuff, psychologists, weight management and laser hair removal. they also have a pharmacy in the same complex so you can get your prescriptions filled before you leave. Best features are the definitely the bulk billing, the extended opening hours and their after hours locum service (BEST thing ever is you have really sick kids - the doc comes to you and all the details are still kept on their same files). Usually you do need an appointment nowadays but if it is urgent and you just drop in they can usually work something out.

This is a great service....especially if you have children and need a doctor's appointment sooner…read morerather than later. If it is a more urgent appointment that you need, tell them. They will either get you in sooner or direct you to another service if needed. If you don't mind seeing a different doctor every time (which I don't unless it's an ongoing health issue) you can usually get in to see someone that day. After so many visits there, and so many doctors, I have to say that all the staff have been helpful, patient and kind. They are now my first phone call when I need medical help. This small medical centre in Kurralta Park is in a great location just off South Road and services…read morea number of close western suburbs. It is only a small practice with no more than 3 doctors but offers a private and intimate medical service, unlike some of the much larger walk-in clinics around Adelaide. The building is nice and there is a small car park with ample parking. The best thing about this clinic is there is a chemist right next door and a pathology centre in the same complex. This means you can grab your prescriptions straight away and/or have blood taken or make appointments quickly and easily. And when you are feeling crappy you just want to get home, and this really facilitates this. Payments options vary however I believe it is partial bulk billed, but it is best to check with your doctor or the reception staff when you arrive or ring to make an appointment. The waiting time was minimal and I always got in within a day and a half notice if not sooner, which is really great when you require immediate antibiotics or medical attention.
