A two car garage and storage area slab with connecting drive way and patio. For my project Jeff had Mother Nature for an adversary(Rain, rain and more rain) he handled it like it was normal, I was very impressed(that doesn't come easy) It was recommend that 14 piers 24" dia. X 30" dp. should be installed under the slab. Jeff added 4 extra because he thought the added dirt made him uncomfortable without more stabilization. (no extra charge) There was also a connecting drive way and patio in this project(I asked for) which caused serious drainage issue and he was able to rectify without any problem. There was also a large tree with a huge stump which had to be removed to get the building I wanted. Jeff handled that like he was born to it. I had a carport that needed to be moved in order to accomplish my goal Jeff and crew done a very good job of moving it. They were very careful not to damage it in the process.(Even knowing if it was damaged during the move they would not be held responsible) Jeff is honest, hardworking, and goes the extra mile to meet customer expectations. I would hire him again for any of my dirt work or concrete needs reliable very responsive, quick to give me a bid and Lara kept me well informed when the job would begin. Jeff and the crew were very polite, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Cleaned up the area well after the job was done. His prices are fair.
