Tried to get me to spend a lot more than was necessary. Extra work and unnecessary products.

This employee was a plumber with the company. While on the phone with me he used vulgar language and false accusations. The company had no issue taking me call and my money. The story, the pricing, and rhe service i received was very different from the services I requested. When i tried to work with the company to find a solution, the customer service rep for the company led me to believe she was concerned as i was. Til this day i have no received even a courtesy call. Would not recommend them to anyone.

My basement was flooding with sewer water, getting all over the floor, and Mike the owner was efficient, understanding and very honest about his business. He said it would cost $100 to take care of the job, and that his workers would be at my home within an hour and a half. This was great compared to other places I called, which charged $285-$299 for the simple job, not including additional costs, they said. Mike was straightforward and precise about his price. His workers were very knowledgeable and efficient, and arrived exactly in an hour and a half and were quick to take care of the job. They charged exactly $100 like Mike said. I could not be more pleased with this company and I highly recommend it to anyone that needs urgent plumbing work done at a good price. I also liked how his workers answered all of our questions and concerns and gave us additional advice on taking care of our drains. 5 Star!

My husband had been working 80 plus hour a week and didn't have time for it, so he hired this company to come out to unplug it. The man put very little line down the opening and was here less than a twenty five minutes l. He said there was nothing else he could do he would have to come back another day and the job would be 2800 dollars. My husband had to give this man 50 dollars for absolutely nothing. He was in to big of a hurry. We had a toilet and bathtub still filled with sewer so my husband decided to go to home Depot rent a machine on his own paying 70 for. And cam home with my help we unplugged it within 45 minutes. All star is a rip off. They took 50 dollars and left quick without resolving our issue. My husband and I are not plummets but with patience we got it unclogged. Please of you need a reliable plummer to relieve your issues, DO NOT hire this company. We would have paid 2800 dollars for nothing! RIP OFF. Manager would not even call us back when we called to tell him how his employee ripped us off. Not professional.

There were a couple rips in the material, the taping on the seams between sheets zigzagged; and this is on the factory cut edge that's perfectly straight. They used the spray foam to adhere the tarp to the cinderblocks. Some spots have huge spray foam globs that sank and pushed the material out creating air gaps. The only way that can happen is there is a critical shortage of fasteners holding the material up, I've seen less than 10 on the whole job so far. There are spots where the spray foam looks like melted cheese, its disgusting. The entire area has a layer of dirt and hundreds of spray foam turds along the walls. The two 'doors' they put on for $1000 were 2x4 and pvc board with 2 screws, absolutely unacceptable. When I called to talk to the crew they said they had swept out the area, I laughed and hung up on those liars. There is numerous work material trash left under there including a 2 tank spray foam setup. They also spray foamed 2 interior walls that were not part of the work plan and didn't need it. I had the supervisor come out to take a look and he pointed out more things wrong and said this needed to get made right. Guess someone forgot to write something down because when the next crew came to make repairs, they didn't have the materials they needed cause it wasn't written on the work service order thing. It's a month later and I still haven't received any before or after photos from them of their work but boy am I glad I went down there and took my own. I know it can be grueling work, but for something that is supposed to bring peace of mind about your home, this has been a nightmare. If you need go with anyone else
