When she finally agreed at my begging to look elsewhere (85 year old mothers are set in there ways) she found perfectly good coverage for one third of the price. When she called to cancel they continued to try and tell her she should keep the coverage. What an absolute joke of a company. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER trust this company.

This company has terrible customer service/care and policy management skills. I have had multiple…read morebilling issues with them in just over 7 months of policy ownership and no support from a agent that promised to support my needs on the policy. After multiple documented billing issues with them over last six months, and hours of income lost trying to sort out these various issues, I finally cancelled the policy and they backdated my policy cost for a document they said I did not sign back in August, creating a final cost of 7 times my monthly rate. I dispute their original premise in signing the document they wanted me to sign in the first place, which was a driver exclusion form for my 98 year old father that lives in a different state, has never lived with me in FL or own a car with me and has no valid drivers license. This has never come up before in other insurance purchases, but basically Liberty Mutual backdated a charge to me to insure my 98 year old father because they said I didn't sign the exclusion form, which was embedded in a 98 page policy packet they sent me when I opened the policy. BTW - Never heard from my agent (nor could I reach him) after making the sale even though he sold his personal service as a feature. I can't rate them low enough.

But Ryan really takes away the headache and is great to work with. I am buying my second home, and went through Ryan each time. On both occasions, I would call Ryan with a problem that seemed incredibly complicated, only for him to calmly explain and solve my issue. He also found me some incredibly affordable insurance for both homes. He also has a way of making you feel like his only client, which is always a great quality for any client-having job. I'm pretty sure he has answered the phone himself every time I call. No voice mails. No secretaries. At least not when I have called. I had called to either cancel my policy and or obtain a quote for a cheaper one and only spoke with the receptionist, since I was at home- I left my cell phone number to be called back which apparently no one took down and gave to the agent and therefore he called my work phone instead of me- when I received his message first thing on Monday, I called back and was speaking to him regarding the coverage I have- when he proceeded to explain them- I was skeptical (especially since all I do is work in insurance and process it all day long) and also stated that I had not received the new quote that he said in his voicemail that he would email- I also asked why he had not called my cell phone number back because I had given it to the receptionist and his response was, "You know, you have a shitty attitude and this is too early on Monday." Everyone was very friendly and showed me ask te different amenities offered, which includes copying service and notary! The key offerings though include services for travel, insurance, discounts, and printed maps!! You can even do DMV related services at some locations. I got ask the help I needed and try made sure Ib was aware of programs where I could earn AAA dollars to go towards my next year's renewal. AAA had definitely changed over the years, but the core services, offerings, and customer service have not changed.
