I've never been spoken to like that by an installer in my own home. Although I'm a disabled veteran I am not going to be pushed around by someone in my own house. They were paid to do a job and they failed to do it properly. The installer claimed that he did not remove the window that he was replacing and I did not understand what he was saying. If not him and his crew then who removed the window. The job was done in haste and with lack of experience in one of the installers.

We called on July 2nd and were informed we would not receive an estimate until mid to late August. They would not give a estimate for the work start. They did not offer any real reason for this delay, except to say they were busy. Extremely poor communication, no interest in resolving our poor service or offering any recompense for a job that coould have been completed by now.

BEWARE! We contacted this company for a quote for window replacement for our house. The owner…read moreshowed up, dropping F bombs, was extremely rude and aggressive making comments that we didn't have money and were wasting his time, even stated something to us the affect that he can spot the low baller type and was pushing to know who else we got quotes from and how they were. We've never experienced anything like it and this was all within 5 minutes of him being in our home! I told him I didn't like his ways and we were no longer interested in his quote and asked him to leave. I had to tell him to leave multiple times, at least 20, to the point I had to scream at him to get out of my house. He called me a c#nt, my husband a d#ck on his way out the door and was yelling we were losers all the way to his truck. We wouldn't recommend this guy to change a lightbulb.
