I wish the learning content was a little more culturally inclusive from time to time but not a huge issue. The staff have been great, Ms. B, Ms. Amy, and Ms Nancy have been especially helpful. They really go above and beyond in making the school experiences magical and fun for the kiddos. If you're looking for a place your child will learn and be safe, they are great. It's not the cheapest in the area but other than that, I would recommend.

She has made friends and the teachers Mrs. Tab, Angie and Delyte really care for all the toddlers with all their heart. It took a little getting used to but they have the toddlers on a great schedule and for $15 more you can get video access, which is worth it in my opinion. Especially with toddlers. Two complaints: 1) Parents who hold the doors open for other parents. There is a code in order to avoid anyone coming in. I think they should have each parents be more vigilant and send out regular reminders. We are talking about our kids here!! . 2) Snacks are not indicated in the rooms like I was told in my original agreement. I as a parent want to know what my child eats. Also, I thought snacks were included but if I don't know what you will be giving them I will ALWAYS sent her snacks. Please post snacks in room!! Thanks! As for tuition: its not cheap for 3 full days for toddlers you will pay about 820$ a month

She was bullied and no one cared. She is behind academically and no one cared. The classroom had way too many students for the one teacher and the attitude of her and her part time assistant was very disappointing and overall disgusting. They keep asking me for a review or reason why I pulled my daughter out of their school. HELLO. Review my complaints lady.

Transitioning from family care to daycare was incredibly stressful for me, but the moment I toured the facility, I felt a sense of ease. Sirleiny, the director, was so welcoming and patient--she took the time to answer all my questions and truly made me feel confident in leaving my child in their care. Marianela, the assistant director, is incredibly organized and communicative. I really appreciate the weekly emails with menus and reminders--it helps so much as a busy parent. Over the past two years, my son has grown in so many ways. As an only child, he's learned how to share, socialize, and build friendships. He knows his numbers, colors, shapes, and continues to impress us with everything he's learning. The staff has truly made a positive impact on him, and I want to give a special thank you to Mrs. Carolina, Mrs. Jenny, and Mrs. Niky for the love and care they've shown. The daycare offers such a rich experience for the kids--from visits by firefighters and animal encounters to water play and environmental lessons. I love receiving his weekly folder filled with the work he's done--it's a joy to see his progress. The facility is clean and the staff is so nice. As I am Hispanic, I love that the women taking care of the infants are all Hispanic (personal preference). I love that they immediately told me all of the things they would need to care for him and that everything should be labeled. The fact that they need several changes of clothes, bibs, sheets, towels to keep him clean is a huge comfort for me. The fact that they requested detailed info about my son and what helps soothe/ease him etc is amazing. As a mom a big concern for me is leaving my baby with a stranger all day that doesn't know what he likes/dislikes. Also the fact that they have an app to communicate and send photos/updates throughout the day is so so great. They also include formula/baby food with is a huge plus. I honestly couldn't be happier. If you need a place for your kids and the location works for you I definitely recommend you check them out. (These were the only pictures I was able to take since I wasn't going to snap pictures with the kids in them. But the same way you see the pics from the business owner is how the place looked. Both me and my husband are working parent and this came in as a shock and had no idea what to do. After doing some research and visited a few schools in a matter of days we decided to go with primrose. While they didn't necessarily had the space at the moment they were able to make an exception based on our situation. Is it an expensive school? Yes, very expensive to be honest. However , the level of education and care he received was unmatched. I do truly think they care about their kids and the quality is very high. As we now transition to elementary school I would highly recommend this preschool to anyone.
