Family outing to the range to shoot a couple rounds of skeet. Everyone we interacted with was very…read moreknowledgeable and kind to us "amateurs." Special shout out to Matt who ran the course for us in the intense midday heat. Six shooters for two rounds took almost three hours for us to complete. Matt was supportive and offered tips to each of us the entire time. A couple of notes: no ammo is available to purchase anywhere on the range at this time, and ice cold drinks of many varieties are available for only 50¢ each from the fridge inside the office. Without exaggeration, I would have paid ten times more after all that time in the sun. It was a wonderful, entertaining afternoon. We will be back again.

This is a very nice facility. I use the 100 yard rifle range. The cement tables are shaped…read moreproperly which makes it much more comfortable than shooting off a counter or table top. The focus on safety is second to none. They are strict about adhering to safety standards which protects everyone. The 300 yard range is limited in use. The targets are behind a burm and need to be manned. Targets are stapled to a large board connected to a weighted gantry system that you raise and lower for the shooter, so a groupd of at least 6 or 8 need to be present, half running the gantry, and the other half shooting. The new steel target 300 yard range (In front of the burm) is a lot of fun. Steel livestock and gong arrays from 125 to 285 yards. The gong arrays are 6, 4 and 2 inch gongs, so you can try for sub MOA at 285 yards. Pricing is reasonable, as you do not have to be a member, at $10.50 for a two hour stay, including a couple of paper targets. Membership is not outrageous either. The hours for public use are limited, but only because the facility also caters to law enforcement training and practice. In my opinion, I'm happy to give up days for that.

0/5 Stars (If I could) __________…read more1: Range price increased to $20 2: Range was segregated so that the only good pistol bay is "members only" 3: Regular pistol bay is laughably pathetic 4: Shotgun bay is beyond unacceptable. Target is a pallet that has been there over a year. these people wont even replace a destroyed pallet so you have something to shoot at 5: Was told I could not shoot my rifle, ( which you can only buy steel cased lead core ammo due to its rarity) because the casings were steel. 5(2): Only allowed to shoot lead core brass ammo because these people make money selling your brass and its more work for them if you mix those in. Theres no safety concerns it is literally only money. ( Increased prices btw ) 6: You are expected to clean their bays and deposit spent brass for them so they can collect the profit of selling it. 7: The employee working there is not paying attention and does not care. Talks down to customers and is generally rude. The only good thing left about this place is the rifle range and even then its not good at all. Please save your money and find somewhere else that isn't going to treat you like garbage.

Always clean & cared for, and the ladies bathroom is taken care of. Now for the men's room, well, ask when you get there. I have followed the range from its beginning roots and am pleased to say 8 years later, even better!! The training is also stellar with some of the best instructors around. Lastly the metal targets are a blast!

I LOVE that this is warm and inviting place (it is SO CLEAN!) that allows the entire family to participate. Their safety training and instructions on how a pee pew works, how ammunition works, how to properly aim and most importantly, their emphasis on safety is to be commended. Another important service they provide is children are allowed to learn to shoot and handle a pew pew safely. Thankfully, they are expected to behave in a manner that, without question, SHOULD be expected while in a range! Screaming, horseplay, rough housing and the like are absolutely not allowed. All of the listed behaviors are truly a safety distraction and I appreciated that is not allowed. Last thing that I love about this place is their commitment to making people (especially new shooters) feel at ease. If someone on the range is shooting a high caliber pew pew and it is making anyone uncomfortable, they ask them to stop. Being new to this industry can be a scary, but exciting, new adventure. They never want anyone to have something happen that will make your introduction to guns be a bad experience. That make this range absolutely top notch in my opinion. They have very high standards and they uphold those standards. That, to me, shows why this range is an exceptional place to go whether you are new or seasoned. Highly recommended!!

I've taken several classes and I TRUST the training. I am at ease walking in alone. I have a higher confidence in my abilities. I'm not uncomfortable or afraid to ask questions. Recently we brought our young gdaughter for her first formal gun training class and fire her first shot. She has routinely heard about gun safety and her parents are both excellent role models for responsible ownership. She has now been properly introduced and we look forward to learning and shooting together for many more years. Thank you Susan, Vlad, and your great support staff that made it a memorable experience.
