I ended up in Tina's line when I got to the register I was asked what I wanted I told her I needed gas but had forgotten what pump I was on. I was looking through the door to try make out the number. She gave a go to hell look and shrugged her shoulders.. the girl working with her said we are going to start making you go out and check again before you come in.., I then looked at her.. she laughed and thought it was funny.. and said Tina I can't work with you anymore because I get your mouth. The customer the girl was waiting on outside and would let me know. But was I was on pump 4 and told Tina .. Tina then began to wave her hand at me that was covered in the food that was eating with her friend that was beside her at the register.. I then gave her a look trying to hold my tongue.. I told her was use I was needing to purchase.. this not the first time she has been so rude.. I use to work for a retail store and I came in she would tell how crappy my store was then proceed to tell anyone that would was within ear shot how crappy my store was.. out of respect I held my tongue.. over Christmas the store was asking to donate a dollar to an organization... I always donate so when asked if I want to give a dollar I said yes. But when she said who for I told her know because my beliefs are different from what the organization stands for.. when I told her no she then wanted to know why ..I told her because she told me that was not good enough.. so the next two minutes was spent in an argument.. I have seen managers be standing next her when she is rude to customers.. I do not understand why she is allowed to speak to people the way she does

This was the worst and weirdest experience at a gas station I've ever had. I'm not sure how we…read moreended up stopping for gasoline so far from the interstate, we may've been lost, but my husband wouldn't have said so. At any rate, we just joined the Good Sam camping club and with that paid membership, were supposed to get a small percentage off per gallon from Pilots... not here. At first my GoodSam card wouldn't swipe at the pump, so my husband went in to pay. He came back out and said that the wouldn't let him use my credit card. I went back in and she explained and I was cordial and explained back to her that if someone was to be using a stolen card, they would've swiped it at the pump and that it was the GoodSam discount that brought us inside. She looked at me as if she's had an epiphany. After I stood there inside, while my husband pumped the gas, finally it was over and THEN I learned that she didn't swipe the discount card, so all of that fiasco for nothing! The manager wasn't any different, I'll leave it at that. He listened to the entire thing and then at the end spoke up and said that location doesn't extend the Good Sam discount.

He was grabbing some sinus relief medicine in the midst of his 9 to 5. Might I add, this friend of mine is a HARD WORKER who does not quit until the job is done!! Not even sinus pressure can keep this guy down. It was the break of day when this friend of mine (who will remain anonymous until he is ready to speak out on his own) handed the cashier a ten dollar bill to purchase his honey & lemon sinus relief from Pilot. The total was $4.79 for the medicine. To my friend's surprise... the cashier handed back TWENTY ONE CENTS for change. TWENTY... ONE... CENTS. My comrade figured this was an honest mistake, but when mentioning this discrepancy to the cash attendant... the woman denied that she made a mistake! My friend said, "Ma'am, I handed you a ten not a five," and she straight up DENIED it! And to make matters worse she did NOT GIVE HIM HIS CHANGE!! Come on, Pilot... are you kidding me? Check your cameras! You owe my friend $5.00 and we will NOT be coming back until that check shows up in the mail. Friends, this one gets a 3AC rating. The next thing I know as I was getting into my vehicle the manager yelled at him and told him to get going and get off the property. I rolled my window down and told him, "Thank you" he said that was the third time he'd been there today asking people for money next time he was gonna get locked up. Kudos to this manager. It got a paint job, they added a…read morewalk in cooler, the gas is cheap, they carry my Red Stripe (Hooray Beer!), the air machine works, and they even stocked American Spirit Organic cigarettes after I asked them. And by stocked, I mean they carried allllll of them. But boy I don't like the back lot covered in trash. There are no credit cards on the gas pumps which are in sad condition. But, the owners do a good job of keeping everything running, and always seem to be working on something new, while hassling their patrons to keep it moving. I also had to say something about some gross trash near a pump once and they very came out and got it, looking embarrassed, and with some thank yous to me. The chicken in the back always seems to be a favorite. And as an added bonus, they carry hookah coals, bowls, and other paraphenalia... right up front! So grab some fried chicken, and some beer, take a gander at some well priced smoking accessories, and fill up the car, we're gonna have a good time.
