She knows when it's serious and when it's not. She spends around an hour 3 times a day with them and walks them (They are not great on a leash). She brings in the mail. They weighed her, gave her two shots and charged me almost $100!! There was no actual wellness exam done. I know what that is supposed to look like. We have had several cats over the years and have been to multiple vets, since we have lived in different states being military. Weighing the cat and giving her two shots does not constitute a wellness exam! Now poor Daisy has to go through this very stressful process once again so it can actually be done right. Called the next day and asked for either a refund for my office visit (so I could pay for an exam elsewhere), or that the other vet there would actually give her a wellness exam another day. They were not willing to make it right. Unbelievable! I am honestly at a loss for words at this point!! This place is obviously more concerned about making $ than in the health and wellbeing of your pet. I regret the day I even called this office to make an appointment.

Lisa's program is successful for a multitude of reasons, but perhaps the most important of those is that she is as dedicated to the "pet parent" as she is to the pet. Lisa always made me feel welcome and comfortable at her center and she tweaked her methods to suit the learning approach seemed to work best for me. Which, with her incredible instinct, she was able to assess very early in our dealings what MY educational needs were. Likewise, she has an incredible talent with the dogs and truly has a gift in relating to and understanding them. To say that Lisa is a natural leader is an understatement of enormous proportions. The physical presence that exudes from her small frame and the calm energy that CONSISTENTLY radiates from her exemplifies the picture of confidence and total belief in oneself and in ones actions. This is an image that I draw on when I need a "boost" and it is an image that consistently motivates me and reminds me of the calm and relaxed state that my dogs are worthy of experiencing day in and day out as part of my pack. There is no person nor animal Diamonds in the Ruff that are unsure of who fills the position of leader, as Lisa's entire being constantly displays that she eagerly accepts the responsibility. This allows the dogs to relax in her presence in a way that is very reassuring as your pet shows you that he/she feels great and is in exceptional care! Perhaps most importantly, the training program is as much a leadership retreat as it is a dog school. Through example, Lisa shows pet parents what leadership "looks" like and what it feels like to be in the presence of a strong and capable leader. The confidence that I gained from Lisa's instruction and wealth of knowledge allows me to see myself in a different light and has impact in all facets of life, not only as it relates to my dogs. No book nor video on canine training or behavior will ever come close to the real life, hands-on experience that I had during Mikey's stay in residency. To be in a pack with Lisa at the helm is, in my opinion, like hitting the dog lottery. To be able to learn from her and employ her techniques, many of which come without word or instruction, is a gift for which I will always be grateful! Boarding services: we have used them for over nine years and have never had any issues. We…read moreappreciate that our dogs are free to roam the doggie daycare open space during the day (as long as they integrate well with other dogs). Their drop off and pick up hours are very convenient to hit before or after work. When we pick them up they are always tired out from all of the doggie play. We can leave our dogs here when we go on trips and not feel guilty for leaving them behind. Daycare: we haven't used the daycare only services in a very long time but we did when our doggies were younger. With our first dog we would drop him off to play on days when we did group dog training in the evening. Getting out the rambunctiousness during the day helped him to focus more on training in the evening. We would also do the daycare in days when we were having people over in the evening. The dogs would be so worn out from playing earlier in the day and then when visitors came they weren't wired and jumping for guests attention.

We arranged for overnight pet sitting, and a daily walk/visit in the middle of the day. Leasa and Holly came over before our trip to meet the dogs and get a tour of the house. Our smaller dog warmed right up to Holly and fell asleep snuggling her before the end of the visit. During the meet and greet, they took very detailed notes about EVERYTHING including where to find the food, where the leashes were stored, typical walking routes, etc. By the end of the visit, we felt very good about our decision to have them watch the pups. Throughout our trip, we enjoyed getting updates in the app and seeing pictures of how the dogs' days were going. I would highly recommend Fetch! to anyone looking for in-home pet care.
