You just don't see that level of caring and attention put into auto repair these days. Our van is a unique rig, and Colin put in a lot of effort to find schematics to help him troubleshoot our issue. They were thorough enough to have the confidence in their diagnosis and solved the problem in one shot. Given our van was from the US, further effort was required to track down a USDM spec PCM that matched. They managed to get it fast tracked to the shop and had us back on the road in 2 days! They even allowed us to limp our van back to camp while we waited for the parts to arrive. Superb customer service and all-around awesome team. I was also extremely pleased with the reasonable price I was charged in a situation where they could have easily taken advantage of us. Wish I could bring this shop back to Portland with me!! They not only found the spike we apparently ran over on the logging road earlier but had and gave us a spine key for the rest of our trip. Dan Masionneuve, part owner, completely misrepresented the sale and will be taken to court. Never trust these guys. It has cost thousands fixing this problem.
