Personally I'm a bartender as well, so a lot of these reviews I wouldn't take seriously, most of the time when a customer says they've waited a half hour for drink in reality it's 10-15 minutes, and hand made and muddled cocktails take time!!! (sit at the bar once and watch how much it takes to serve a whole restaurant and you might be a little more understanding if there's ever a wait) Even when drinks were empty, we were acknowledged but it would be a minute but they would get to us as soon as possible.
