Then I was told about Reggie's...they answer on the first ring and quote REAL prices. I came when they told me to and they started immediately versus leaving me to sit around. The gentleman at the front desk is so personable, I felt like I was talking to a family member. The mechanic that worked on my truck let me see how alignments are done and went about and beyond to make sure my truck drove smooth before I left. Lastly, the owner, Reggie is one cool guy! He was so friendly and funny, all the customers love him and the staff. They are so down to earth, I didn't want to leave when my truck was finished! We were all standing around talking like we knew each other for years, lol. I told them they have a new, loyal customer. These guys are great!

(What a day) The tow truck driver came out with a tire changed it and we could get on our way. The cost was high $606.00 and only took him 40 min. but at least we could be on our way. I'd done business with them before and I was trusting of them so I had no issue taking my only vehicle there. I expressed that I had a procedure in Jacksonville the next day and needed to leave by 6. It was 4 when I got there. When he called and told me my truck was ready, I asked him was he sure I'll be okay. He stated he'd driven it around and he got the air bubbles out the coolant. I was confident I could drive safe now. Boy was I wrong. 7 miles outside of Jacksonville my engine light started flashing and I heard gurgling. My engine overheated and it was getting dark. Terrified, I didn't know what to do. I immediately called him. Voicemail wasn't set up so I texted him. I was ignored. I was alone and stranded and missed my entire procedure. The next day, he still never bothered to call. It was the Florida state patrol that saved me and towed my truck in. The state mechanic told me there was no way anyone removed the air pockets from my coolant. I was deeply saddened and disappointed. I texted him again today to give him an opportunity to explain this. Still ignored. It was a $65 lesson in trust that I learned the hard way. I just marked them off my list and will find someone I can trust who doesn't just take my money and refuse to make it right. I will never go there again. The sad part is I respected them so much and wanted to support their business.

I dropped my truck off on a Friday, and they said it would most likely take 2-3 days to fix, including time to buy parts, but since they were a bit understaffed, she was going to promise me it done by the following Friday. I was fine with that. The Thursday before the promise date, I called to ask what time I could pick up my truck at. It was then (only after I called them) I was informed that they hadn't even started work yet. That's when I informed them I needed it for a work trip by the following Wednesday. Knowing it was in a rush, they decided... to not start until 3 o'clock Monday. Unsurprisingly, they didn't have it fixed before the work trip.
