If I could give zero stars, I would. I lived in this park for 13 years. The neighbors, who lived in a single wide, meaning 3 bedrooms and two baths in 1,000 square foot space had three children with their off again and on again partners come and go, and then two grand children all living there (total of 7 people living in the home). Throughout the 13 years, they constantly had cars coming and going with loud bass music playing all hours of the night. Because it is considered private property, APD would not respond and instructed us to let our office handle the situation. Numerous complaints to the office did not produce any support. When I finally was able to purchase a home and move, trying to sell my mobile home with a realtor was blocked by the park with denials of potential buyers. The only way to sell my mobile home was through their agent who charged 8% fee (higher than a standard agent) and worked with potential buyers who low balled the price. It is a very corrupt place that has each person at their mercy. I would do everything in my power not to move here if at all possible. DO NOT purchase a home here. My partner and I purchased a new home here in November. It has not been a pleasant experience. We are a same sex couple of 31 years and have been discriminated against from day one from an employee there. I'm not going to go into it in depth here but read my Google review. This is Hard ! I moved here after 25 years in a home. You have 30seconds to impress someone with your business. I should have known when I went there and asked for an application to purchase before purchase came out Ashley very rudely said to work or live here. That should have been my first clue. I've been here almost a year every month I watch her be so rude to everyone,she doesn't take compliments well and has no respect for anyone.Recently a horrid display of ones personal property happened that needlessly didn't need to.So I give Sandra 5 stars the Assistant manager Nathan? And his Maintenance Manager? Sorry guys bad with names. I give 5 stars...the situation was handled professionally! The one star is for the first person you great,answers the phone,the first impression of your facility I give a big fat 0. I live in the park and for the most part it is a great place to live, except for the park manager who thinks he is GOD like. (RICHARD MABRY). I am a vet, I worked my whole life and now unfortunately I'm on disability. The park manager has it out for me because I helped out a neighbor who needed a place to live, long story short I was lied to by said neighbor about his app. to get on my lease, even though he had been living across the street for several years with his girlfriend without any problems. But when he stayed at my place it's a problem. He has already terminated my lease before going to court and by his good graces given me between 30 or even 90 days to sell my trailer. read more

I looked at homes here in January and was able to buy one even though I was still living in Colorado at the time. Leslie and the sales staff worked with me and I have a wonderful brand new home. I just moved in a few days ago and the park people kept a watchful eye on my home and it was still in perfect condition outside and in. They had even planted the flowers in front planters. My street is well kept, folks are friendly and the porches are decorated and have seating as do most of the homes. I can hear kids playing on other streets, it reminds me of when I was a kid in the 70ies. There are some parts of the park that are a little run down but it is a large park and management seems to be making a real effort to correct the issues. Sadly they are fighting an uphill battle with some of the apartment complexes that boarder the west side of the park. I would and have recommended Four Hill Mobile home Park to my friends. read more
