It's located in a nice strip mall in north Edmond. The inside is nicely lit and without the blinding amount of flourescent lighting that a lot of cheaper liquor stores use. For whatever reason, little things like that make a difference to me. It makes it comfortable to wander around and browse a bit. They have an impressive collection of wine and liquor. They have an especially wide selection of whiskey (including high-end bourbons and Japanese varieties). There's also quite a few craft beers available. The prices are at the upper range of reasonableness. It's fine if you're looking for some hard-to-find vintage or unique craft beer, but if you're just wanting to pick up a case of Bud Light or something like that, there's really no need to come here.

I shopped at Pancho's for 8 years, and no one ever bothered to ask my name, learn what we liked, or have the smallest conversation with us. Same at Sean's and others as well. But this place immediately felt different to me. It seems like this has happened in several places throughout this little burg I've moved to. I can dig it. When I told them I'd just moved nearby, they went out of their way to be friendly, and it seemed like they genuinely wanted to know more about me. Then, we walked around looking at product and they pointed out things they thought I might like, and what my mom might like. Selection is well-curated, with a little something for everything; they clearly employ very friendly and knowledgeable people. When I was there it was the owner, her son, and one other very nice young man helping with stocking. While I was there, Lively Beerworks was setting up for a complimentary tasting, and several regulars came in to buy a few things and to chat. If you're there, don't miss "Joey" the perfect Frenchie that hangs out there during the day. The absolute nicest part - they boxed my goodies, and carried them to my car despite the absolute downpour! Love this little shop and will no doubt be spending lots of time here!

It is usually well kept and is close to our house. They have a great selection and fair prices to boot. We are not regular drinkers, so we only stop in once every few months but we have enjoyed our time here. There have been the same two young guys running the register over the last year or two and they are the reason for 4* instead of 5. They're nice mind you, but one of them seems high every time we come in, and you can occasional smell the faint aroma of pot in the air. It usually isn't a problem since they just scan your bottle and swipe your card, but I once had a request for a beer I wanted to try. I mentioned it to him twice when I came in and twice more at checkout. No matter how many times I repeated it, he just could not get what I was saying. Mind you this was before masks, and I am a native Okie so no accent debacle going on. I ended up writing it down and of course they never followed up with me about it. The kid just acts like he is struggling with reality every time I see him and it's a little annoying. That all said, it is by far the best liquor shop we've been to. But Drew's had a great collection of champagne, just in time for New Year's. While I was picking out bubbles, Mr K managed to find some good beer. Before we knew it, we were all stocked up, with wine to boot! It's like a little treasure chest in here. You think there won't be very much, and then you're so pleasantly surprised. Good prices, and there's even a vault section with some of the good stuff (Silver Oak, etc). I was really happy to find this, as it is just down from Mr K's mom's new house. I imagine we'll be back... probably more than I care to say!

They have plenty of wine, a nice selection of your favorite liquor or beer, and a nice mini bottle section for those cooking needs. The staff is helpful but I've gotten a cold yes or no to questions from time to time about products I've asked about. Not sure what that is exactly about but due to the relation to my house I just grab and go. Overall this is a good liquor store. Room for improvement sure but it gets the job done.
