Takeout from the restaurant enjoyed in room
Jennifer T.

Was very happy with and impressed by this hotel. It's a nice looking space with a cute bar/restaurant and the top floor has some pretty nice views of the sunset. Pleasant and relaxing and complimentary treats downstairs. Only thing I would add would be lounge chairs by pool.

Hair up high in the bathroom walls.

We came to shop the premium outlets and wanted a hotel nearby. I looked at the pictures, read reviews and we decided on this hotel that was only 6 miles away from the outlets. The lobby and Restaurant are very nice. However as soon as we got to the third floor the hallway was clearly not as nice as the lobby. Our room has nice furniture but very shoddy workmanship. The paint on the bathroom door looks like a toddler did it. They were loose tiles on the floor in the bathroom. My pictures are dark because the lighting is terrible. Someone else's hair was on the wall in the shower. Very disappointed for 200+ dollar room. My husband tried to iron a shirt for me and left orange stuff on the front of my white shirt. The iron grip so much water we could not use it.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on September 20th. It is a nice hotel located in the Liberty Center…read moreshopping/entertainment complex. The room has a clean, minimalist look. There was a mini-type fridge with some water in it but I couldn't tell whether the water was included or extra. There was no separate refrigerator which is a shame being there are so many restaurants in Liberty Center. The room was cozy and the bed very comfortable but there wasn't a lot of amenities. There is a small mini-safe, iron and ironing board and a small area where you can hang a few clothes. The shower is kind of an open style shower with no door. These rooms aren't designed for long stays. The big draw would be it's in Liberty Center and you can shop, eat and drink and not have to worry about driving. I would recommend for one night but probably not more than one. Rooms are in the $200 plus range. There is a bar area on the 2nd floor and it is nice. If you elected on getting breakfast in the morning it's is around $14 a person. There is a small store in the lobby with sodas and snacks for purchase. There is parking near the hotel but if you've never been here before, I would recommend you come early so you can locate it. We stayed overnight because we went to a comedy show at the Funny Bone which is within walking distance. I do recommend.

The room and common areas were clean and plenty of space. I worked in both my room and the lobby area, and the next morning had a co-worker join me for coffee and business. The hotel offers a conference room called The Library. If not reserved, hotel visitors can use the space at no charge. Breakfast is offered for a price; however, I passed and while in the lobby I noticed no one else stopped in either. Based on the price and better options available nearby I can understand why people would eat elsewhere. I'll be back for business and this will be my preferred hotel.

In general, this is a nice, clean hotel with a restaurant and bar...I'm sure usually true to the…read moreHilton brand...my chosen chain during my years of travel with my business as well as leisure stops. Not so this time. I booked a Jr. Suite a couple of weeks ago for July 4 and received the standard e-checkin message the day before arrival. As requested, I checked in electronically and was given my room # (526). The message continued that I would be notified when my room was ready and my digital key activated. Upon arrival (at 3p check-in time), the 2 person line in front of me moved very slowly. At first, I attributed this to customers not being efficient though there were 2 staff and 2 front desk stations, only one was in use. At my turn, I was told that my room wasn't ready...'unless 'housekeeping' cleaned it and didn't update the system'. After several minutes of 2 desk clerk confusion, one of them went to physically check the room status. The room had not been cleaned, nor would it be as no housekeeping staff worked today (the holiday). My question: How do they reconcile accepting a reservation for a room knowing there would be no way to prepare it? Fully 40 minutes later a different type of room was offered. It was an okay room but not with a separate sleeping area which is important to us as we arise at different times. The staff on duty were befuddled and could only apologize and offer the only room available - a handicapped accessible room. Other issues: * The 'free breakfast' is for only the lite meals (e.g. yogurt & fruit) on the menu and the 'Food & Beverage credit' advertised isn't applied to cover even part of a full breakfast. Seems like a questionable practice to me. * No soap in 2 of the 3 lobby bathroom dispensers * No paper towels and only 2 Kleenex in the bathroom by the pool * one of the hooks on the bathroom door of our room was falling off The best accommodation the morning assistant manager could offer at check out was an apology and extra Honors points. Everyone was pleasant (even me) but clueless about procedure/options/customer service.

I was charged over $330 when Hilton cancelled it "late". After an addition 5 hour drive, because they gave me wrong driving directions. I arrived here at 3 am. The door to the room they booked would not open - it seemed to be occupied. So, ii am this room. You must close the door to use the toilet. Then you cannot open the door with a bath mat in place. The coffee supplied does not fit the coffee maker in the room. The sounds from others in the hallway is very clear - it sounds as if they are in this room. I'm not sure why the "tile floor" is rough and dirty. It appears to be worn out, and it is not cleaned behind the door. The bathroom design is bad. Late checkout is noon. The parking lot is too small for the hotel - it was full but the hotel wasn't. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. She deserves 5 stars.

This trip, however, was a difficult one for my family--my mother-in-law is in hospice nearby--and unfortunately, the hotel experience added stress when we needed rest. Housekeeping was the biggest issue. We checked in Saturday and left Wednesday, but our room was only serviced once (and at 9 a.m. while we were getting ready). We asked for towels and trash removal; towels came, but the garbage was never emptied. By day three, it was overflowing. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the desk to ask for it. Staff explained housekeeping finishes around 2 p.m., but that schedule made it hard for us to receive service at all. The hotel itself is nice, and the location near Liberty Center is convenient. The day-shift manager was kind and helpful, which I appreciated. But between the road noise, early morning staff carts, and inconsistent cleaning, the stay didn't provide the comfort or reliability we hoped for during a very hard time. Next trip, I'll choose the Marriott AC nearby.

Breakfast was so good and very hot and there was plenty for our group as well as other large groups that stayed there the same night. After leaving and being a few hours away, my son let me know he left one of his personal items that was very important to him. One of our chaperones called and spoke to Emily. The item that was left behind had been set aside with a note of the room number it was in and our group information. After speaking to her, the chaperone was told they were going to be able to ship it back to us, no problem. This, of course, was not something that all hotels would do, but we were very excited to hear that it was something they were happy to do. I cannot thank her enough for making my son's heart happy and I will recommend this hotel to anyone who needs a place to stay around the Cincinnati area.
