These guys are something else. I inquired about service via the web last spring. Received a call…read moreback and spoke to a female who told me about price structure and expectations. I said I'd have to call back because I had a plumber working and needed to attend to that. Next day there was a sign in my yard. Nothing else (no door tag indicating any service was done. A few weeks later a door tag appeared with over $200 in charges???? I called to inquire if this was generally the way they did business seeing as I agreed to nothing nor signed any agreement and was told the manager would call me back. Never heard from them again. Just received a. Collection notice regarding the unpaid service fees. As a business owner myself, this is a HORRIBLE business model. I would NOT recommend even talking to anyone unless you want an unexpected bill. TERRIBLE. I'll be looking for someone again this year I'd gladly pay more for honest businesses.
