This place gives off a "we could go out of business any second" vibe. Most signage is old and faded (at least one is completely unreadable). The lobby is dark, shabby and sports barren walls where once there were shelves of for-sale products. The quality of your wash is hit or miss. On the particular day in I went in May 2025, they did a decent job for $22. I purchased their high-end wash $28+ earlier in the year and felt I had paid too much and gotten too little. In short, they are a touch pricy and there are other places that do a better job. Go to those places. I don't think this place will be in business much longer. read more

Extremely disappointed in the services performed. I'm a new customer and will not be back. My selection was the Luxury detailing service and I had to ask to have the car re-vacuumed (which they did but only the floors under the floor mats. The floor mats weren't cleaned, the center console was never vacuumed, the seats weren't cleaned (front or back). The steering wheel and dashboard is still dusty. This was pretty much a $25 exterior car wash. Would NOT recommend. EDIT: A response from the owner stated the service were completed; however, even if I didn't fully read the signs for the "extra detailing" (which are fairly standard at the places I've been before, the dashboards and steering wheel are still dusty (which was what I paid for). read more

Good car wash. Don't understand any of the reviews. I regularly take my 750i, Range,Ghibli, and F83 M4. Have never had a problem. Car always looks clean after. Use brushed on car that could potentially leave minor swirls but have never noticed any. Never any damage and great staff. The "Works" is 25 per wash unless you buy a book. Since that includes underbody, wheel and tire shine, and clear coat Shine/Protector I think it's perfectly reasonable. There is a self service wash only 25 to 30 minutes away. If you don't like the price I recommend you go elsewhere read more

I just had my car detailed at Four Seasons Car Wash in New Hope. FANTASTIC job! my car hadn't been washed or detailed since before the pandemic because I work at home and don't drive much at all. I stopped into this Hew Hope location and purchased 'The Works' car wash service for $28. Without expecting the job to be perfect, I did believe that the service would go above basic since I was paying for the most expensive wash service. As I exited my car, a man approached with the vacuum. I went inside and was very surprised at how quickly my car had moved into the actual car wash. I was also surprised at how quick the actual wash was, as opposed to when I ever remained in my car for a wash at other locations and could see what was happening. I went out and deposited a tip in the tip box, and I waited while another guy wiped over some of my windows... only 3 of the 4 door windows and a halfway wipe across the inside of the windshield. He didn't open the hatch. When I got into my car, I noticed a greasy looking stripe on my passenger leather seat, so I took a napkin and tried to wipe it off, but it wasn't budging. As I drove away, I noticed that the dash had barely been wiped, and when I returned home and took a look through my car, I'm guessing about 75% of the dash area hadn't been touched. The vacuum job was sparse and pretty awful. And the hatch door had never been opened to vacuum the back. Wow, did I get ripped off on this one... not only the expensive $28 'Works' price, but also the tip that I assumed was earned before I took a good look inside my car. Now I know why my car moved so quickly from the vacuum area to the automated wash area. I was the only customer there, so it wasn't as if these guys were being rushed or over-worked. And now I'll have to spend some time doing my own vacuuming and wiping down the dash and removing the stubborn greasy stripe from the leather. Unfortunately, this is the worst car wash experience that I've ever had, and I will never return or recommend this place to anyone else. I went to this car was on Saturday, November 23. Fox News is playing full blast on the TV in the waiting area. I asked if the channel could be changed and the blonde woman behind the register said "I guess a customer must've put it on." I looked for the remote and found none. So I wrote a review on Yelp while I stood there being forced to listen to the propaganda network thinking "What kind of a business puts it political views in the face of their customers in this day and age?" I wrote a negative review. The review went LIVE while I was still there and the woman behind the register started screaming at me as soon as she saw it. Called me rude. Told me people are entitled to their opinions (though, apparently, I'm not entitled to mine.) She told me that I wasn't welcome to come back if I didn't like Fox News, which was perfect since I'm not planning to ever go back. All of this within 3 minutes and before my car had even come out of the wash. Today I got a notice from Yelp that my review was removed because of a complaint from Four Seasons Car Wash - she didn't want my one-star review up there. So I am writing this one instead. Honestly, these petty little bigots dont deserve your business. All she had to do was listen to my request to turn off Fox News and she could've avoided another poor Yelp review - a two-bit car wash that gets 2 stars on average. read more

definitely the WORLDS worst/crappiest car wash. was given free "luxury" tickets so obliged to use them. During winter they blamed "the salt" for leaving streaks.... isn't that the idea you go to a car wash to remove the salt. Went a couple of days ago not expecting much and even then they failed to achieve anything to the lowest possible standard. Streaks all over etc etc etc etc...... asked politely if the finisher guy could wipe some mud off the inside drivers door, given a cursory flap with dry cloth which did absolutely nothing. Also on the outside complete waste of fuel to drive there. My wife thought it hadn't been cleaned when she saw it. I paid for the deluxe car wash (extra 5 or so dollars), so that I could ensure that the car would look great. It includes an interior vacuuming and wipe down. The car came out with streaks all over, and it clearly was not vacuumed as promised in the pricing (see photos of lint and dirt on the interior). I will not go back to this place. read more

They do an overall good job. Its a nice and quick car wash, but I've been noticing lately their guys are rushing to get the cars through as quickly as possible. I understand, its a small business, and you have to turn cars to make money, but that speed is coming at the cost of quality. We took my moms truck their the other day to get it washed as she is getting ready to sell it. She pointed out some spots that had been missed, to which, the owner came out and cleaned those spots. My mom pointed some items out that you could not expect to be removed easily by a quick car wash. It would require some definite elbow grease. Unfortunately, when we got home she began pointing out numerous areas where they'd missed, including major parts of the tires, where the tire dressing hadn't even been wiped onto the tires. I was here on November 4, 2017. What a nightmare and waste of money. Being the ONLY car in line was my intial concern- only before watching and waiting for an employee to finish his cigarette before asking me what " I need." I ask him for the car wash options- settle ont he "delux" wash. What a rip off. Terrible vacume job, no armorall on dash, and half hearted drying. Minimal soap on drive through wash, too. I complainied to the "manager", a early 40's female. She was snottty, rude and asked what my "problem" was when I complianed her employee reeked of cigarette smoke. Just horrible. STAY AWAY. Only positive is it's local and fast. The car wash itself is terrible...they try to sell you, while you are in line for the wash, on getting your car detailed there. Uncomfortable. I avoid it outside of complete necessity (business meeting, etc.). The outside wash is adequate (machines) but they've never done a good job on the inside once. Kid fingerprints on windows, mats uncleaned, dirt in cup holders and on dash, dirt in between seats. I actually called last time when my wife took her car there as it was particularly messy (with five guys working the outside) when she got home and I had to clean it. I was informed that despite buying the highest wash, they don't clean the dash, the cup holders, only windows and rugs internally. Of course, the rugs and windows were still dirty and all she could offer was for me to call the owner (Tom) during the week. I'd love to be able to use them, but it the worst car wash I've ever been to. Why would I take them up on the expensive detail when they can't get the wash right? I originally went to the Doylestown location a couple of weeks ago and the job done there was terrible. So I decided to go to this location. Unfortunately , it was the same horrible experience. I paid for the most expensive package. The inside of the car was not cleaned at all. Dashboard was not touched. It didn't even look like it was vacuumed. There were water spots all over the hood. I will not be back. And I get my cars washed at least once a week or more. read more

I got the deluxe wash which includes a vacuuming of the inside of the car. The outside of the car liked nice and shiny, but when I got in.... It was still super crumby EVERYWHERE. They very clearly didn't even touch the center console or under the seats. They also didn't open the hatch back and vacuum. Not thorough, not worth it. read more

I am a fanatic about getting my car cleaned/detailed. I either do it myself or bring it to a local business about 1x/week. My first visit to 4 Seasons was over a year ago and I wasn't impressed. The wash itself was fine but the vacuum job and interior clean was terrible. I chalked this up to one bad experience/employee. Let's be honest, that can happen to anyone. As a result of my first trip, I have been hard pressed to go back but last week made the decision to do so. WHAT A MISTAKE. Again, the wash itself was fine (it's done automatically so really, what's the challenge...) but the interior wasn't even touched. As I mentioned, I keep my cars very clean so the work is minimal most times but on this occasion, there were grass clippings in the back that needed to be vacuumed and I expected the dash and controls would be wiped down. Neither was done at all. This place is extremely over priced and clearly, the employees don't care. You're much better off going up the road to Swan Creek or Shammy Shine in Flemington. read more

After my car wash which did not clean any of the inside at all, even though I paid for the highest quality car wash, I found that there were SCRATCHES ALL OVER MY CAR!!! Deep ones too. You can tell that they were from the car wash because they were somewhat mechanical in the way the lines on the car were. They scratched the roof the side door and the hood. My boss goes here weekly and says they do a good job I was around the area over the weekend and decided I would have my car washed here. I got "The Works" which costs around $25.00 then paid $4.00 additional dollars to have my mats cleaned which I did not mind since I believed I was going to be getting a great car wash. My car came out and there were about 4 guys drying it and 1 guy putting on the tire shine. The tire shine and the floor mats came out great. One of the guys told me my car was ready. I walked around the vehicle to inspect and almost half of the car was still wet. I carry micro-fiber cloths in my car so I ended up drying most of the car myself including the hood, passenger side and the whole top of the roof. The guys who work there looked at me but just carried on with the other cars. Also, the towels that they used were shedding so there were white flakes on my car from their towels. As I was driving home on 263 the sign was in front of me and there was a line right down the middle of my windshield, it almost looked like soap residue. I arrived home and I called their number that's listed on Google (215-862-5105) @ 1500 hrs and no one answered so I left a message asking for one of the managers to give me a call back. I waited until today to write this in case management had off over the weekend and yesterday for Presidents Day to try to talk to me to make the sale right and never received a call back. In short, this place is WAY overpriced and you do not get what you pay for. They are the only show in town and they act like it. As other reviewers have pointed out, they do not perform the promised service. I paid $16 for a wash, vacuum and tire finish. All I got was the wash. They did not vacuum nor put the tire finish on. I immediately went back and showed the owner the poor job and he gave me an attitude. He told me their vacuums do not pick up sand or dirt. Then he said just this one time he would have a guy vacuum and the guy managed to do a half decent job in 2 minutes. So yes, their vacuums do pick up sand and dirt, when they use them!!! Just had my car washed here (deluxe wash plus paid extra to have them clean my floor mats). Vacuum job was fine. Wash is sub par- still large amounts of road salt residue on my back bumper.
