My car was in desperate need of a car wash. My eyes almost popped out of my head when the cheapest interior and exterior wash came to $28. This reminded me why I don't get my car cleaned very often after I recovered from the shock of the price tag and walked to my car. I was so impressed. They really did a fantastic job and my car needed all the help I could get. I had mentioned to my boyfriend that I wanted to find a car wash that washed your car AND cleaned the interior! I used to get that all the time from my local shop but they closed last year and I haven't found one since. He mentioned Sparkle! We headed there on Saturday afternoon. They offer a few deals which is always nice. I got the wash with an interior clean. It was less then $30! I was so happy! You can also choose a shiny look when they wipe it down inside or a matte look. I went with the shiny! I like that because it looks like someone cleaned it! I will absolutely go back for their services (it's over a half hour from my home). Staff was friendly and they really take their time with your vehicle! read more

PSA- Don't be like me and get yourself into a mess of a situation by trusting the Sparkle Car Wash in Penndel. I went there yesterday for the first time. I had been looking for a full service car wash since I moved here because I don't want to drive my truck into one of those wheel holder things. For $43 they did an excellent job on my interior but the machine globbed sticky wax on several areas of the body of my truck as well as the windshield and side windows. I called all day yesterday and nobody would answer the phone. Today I went there and spoke to the manager who refused to admit that they did this to my truck and even that it was wax. He insisted it was tree sap. I work from home and park in my driveway where there are no trees, so this is just not true. Since they refused to own this and fix it, I had to go the auto parts store and spend ~$50 on wax removing products, plus ruin a $60 manicure and spend 3 hours of my time fixing my truck. Accidents happen, a professional has the tools and time to make them right, but this place doesn't care. read more

This is my local car wash and have been going here for years. However, after my experience today, I will be taking my business elsewhere. I have a healing crystal that keeps me safe while driving that I keep in a little console with quarters. The crystal was stolen today. I did not remove it prior to going because it is not valuable... which I am sure the employees will be disappointed to learn. It holds sentimental value though and I am deeply disappointed. As a young woman, I did not feel comfortable going back alone so I called and reported it instead. I spoke with the manager and he seemed pleased the quarters were still there. I am thankful nothing of value was stolen but I will be making sure my family and friends no longer give them business as well. read more

I should have seen this coming with the 1 1/2 star rating but I used this place once before and they did a decent job. Yes they are quick and yes they "swarm" to your car like bees but what exactly are they doing once the swarm. I paid $35 for cleaning inside and out. They did an ok job outside but the inside is another story. They left dirt, dog hair, trash and etc inside the car. There were a few areas that they didn't even address like the center console or the seats. After this experience I don't think I will be visiting again. read more

Went there today with my brand new car. They did a horrible job. The tires looked horrendous, they didn't rub the product into the tires ..and it was dripping all over the rims. The inside wasn't touched, but the mats. Water spots all over and the running board at the bottom wasn't even wiped down. I gave the guys a 10.00 tip...Now I wish I wouldn't have done that !!! After the snow storm couple a weekends ago I thought I should clean my car to remove all the salt from it. I found this company online and decided to use their service. I paid $18 for "Full service" which includes interior and exterior cleaning. The car wash machine did most of the work and then 4-5 cleaners were working on my car pretty quick but it wasn't not good enough. Overall disappointed because the inside of the car still found dust and dirt on dashboard and on the carpets and water marks everywhere on the outside . Their service were poor and sloppy and definitely not worth $18! I was hoping for more but got much less! read more

I don't know what happened to this place. It really used to be the best, I used to come all the time. I get the best package, usually like the "summer deal" or whatever they're calling at the time and it's usually 30-something bucks. The last time I came they did a really horrible job. Completely forgot to do the inside and I had to tell them to do it, and even after that it was still a mess. I figured maybe it was a fluke and they just had bad employees that day. Today I tried it again. The best package is now 40 bucks, so they felt they did a good enough job worthy of raising prices. I'm disappointed again. They didn't touch the seats at all, they made them more dirty, with some sort of dirt/sand substance, not really sure. One again, didn't touch the cup holders and any other visible spaces, and I just feel dirt every where. I can't believe I paid 40 bucks for this. Not even worth 5. I guess all good things come to an end, and this spot...just don't even give it a shot. I know I won't again. Edit: Hold up, I just noticed they just threw the placements down all unorganized, and on the wrong sides. Cmon now, it's says L and R underneath. Never again, man. read more

Sparkle's does a great job cleaning both the inside and outside of your car. They remove the car mats and scrub them, which is something you do not usually see at a car wash. The downside is it is not cheap. If you washed, waxed, and cleaned the inside of your car, it would take you two hours. I would rather pay their price and get two hours of my life back. The other downside is it takes 10-12 minutes, so get a cup of coffee before hand and enjoy while you wait. read more

Went here yesterday and got their summer special for $32. Car looked good from the outside but upon driving away I started noticing issues inside. The mats were washed and still wet but also had dirt stuck in them. The dashboard wasn't properly wiped down and fairly dusty. The car wasn't properly vacuumed inside and the wheels were extremely dirty still. Not sure what $32 actually bought me aside from a generic $7 external car wash. The attendant also tried to sell me on an inside Armor-all cleaning instead of the all purpose cleaner for an additional $7. So glad I didn't opt for since they clearly didn't even do a good job to clean the inside in the first place and I ended up going home and doing it myself. Will never return here. read more

Sort the reviews by date and you'll see that they have been declining for years. The current batch of workers are the worst I've seen in over 20 years. I won't be back until I see they're under new management. The guy working in the rear accidentally turned on my radio, raised the antenna and of course it broke. The "manager" on duty up front, a kid who dressed and spoke like he had no self respect treated me like an idiot. He gave me gems like, "we don't sit back there, playing with people's radios", "If we broke it, it wouldn't even break where it broke. It didn't break here." Like others have said, the place hasn't been worth it for years, I should have read the reviews instead of trusting my old memories of this place from previous owners many years ago. The current batch of workers need to go, starting with the useless, disrespectful "manager". read more

All around, this experience was beyond terrible. I left feeling completely ripped off. I paid extra money to get my trunk vacuumed - it doesn't even look like they touched it. Took my car in to be washed. Came out with a big dent on driver side door. When I brought it to the attention of the guys drying it off, they had me speak to a gentleman who talked to me very nasty. What happened to this place? Used to be a pretty good wash, but has gone way downhill in the last year. Seems like it was bought out, as the entire staff is constantly changing. Recently went to get "the works" which is only $20, was charged for the "Summer Special" which is $32, and isn't any different from the works. No armor-all or anything to justify the added cost. They washed the floor mats, and then put them back in still sopping wet. While placing them back in the car, they sat them on the seats, getting dirty water all over the leather. Woman working at the cashier's office was incredibly rude, and everything is just a mess anymore. Had my Jeep there 2 weeks ago, and the staff broke my rear-windshield wiper when taking off the tape they place on it before it went through the wash. I would've recommended this place last year, not anymore. read more
