My experience with Comet Cleaners wasn't very good at all, I called up to ask how much it would be…read moreto have 4 pairs of dress pants dry cleaned, I got the price then went in only to be greeted by a very sour looking blonde girl telling me she told me the wrong price and it was actually higher. Nonetheless I left my pants. "They'll be ready tomorrow at around 4" she said. I asked if I could get them sooner and she said yes, then she asked what time so I just said around evening which she agreed. Around 2PM my wife called asking "I wondered when my laundry will be done" which seemed like a pretty simple question, "What?" She asked, I repeated myself and again "What?".. 3 times I had to repeat myself before she replied "I don't know when your laundry will be done" in a sarcastic tone. Um okay I guess calling the dry cleaners asking when my laundry would be done is a bizarre question. Anyways we went in and there was an older woman with tattoos who was much better, I got my laundry, and yet again the price was even higher than the two girls said. Anyways the whole experience was bad, the blonde girl in there is sarcastic and rude, not sure if she was on her menzies or whatever but she definitely doesn't know how to talk to customers.

Texas Cleaners DELIVERED my clothes while out making laundry service deliveries!!! They also have bundle service- wash, dry and fold for you!!! Their work is top notch... been using them for years. You should too!

My husbands Suit jacket was overpressed leading to marks on the front of the jacket and iron…read moreshine...the owner admitted it was overpressed...and cleaned it again. The fabric was ruined...we were offered $8.20 refund...for their mistake. We have used this cleaners for over one year. If an employee makes a mistake...admit the mistake and make retribution. Poor customer service...and one of the employees started arguing with us...she had never even seen the jacket. Do not take your best clothing if you choose to use this cleaners...the employees are inexperienced.
