They weren't worried about the inconvenience to them or making it easy for them, they were kind and helpful. They had just sent off their last "same day service" load for handling and wasn't going to be able to help. So they started looking up other places and was referring me to their competitors to insure I could get what I needed. She ended up sending the suit out after all to get pressed only. And when our suit got back to her she sent us a text letting us know it was ready. Such great helpful genuine customer service!!

Before today I would have given them 3, maybe 4 stars, but my experience with the simple minded girl today was unacceptable. My husband took in a dress shirt for a wedding he is in, and it came back with blue spots on the sleeves and collar. They hadn't even noticed he spots until my husband brought it to their attention. They sent it back to their laundry service to be corrected and called to let us know it had come back and was ready to be picked up. When I went In to pick up the shirt, the girl was friendly (at first) but could not find the shirt and kept babbling on and on instead of really searching. She ended up having to call her manager and there was confusion between the two of them as to where exactly the shirt was. This shirt is very expensive and was customer ordered for the groomsmen of this wedding, so obviously I am not happy that they don't know where it is. Earlier, I was told that the shirt did not have a new ticket and could have been stuck between other customers clothes. The girl even had to look between hanging items. After several minutes, I asked if it was a possibility that it could have been picked up with someone else's clothes and that's when the girl started stumbling over her words, probably because she just keeps on babbling the whole time and can't remember what she's said. By this point I have already called my husband so that he can be aware of what's happening in their shop. Obviously I am upset that they don't know where the shirt is and cannot find it after it had to be sent back because it came back with spots on it. I said she should mention that they are detergent is leaving blue spot on white items and she told me I could call to tell their laundry service about it. I told her that she is the person that needs to mention it to their laundry service because that's not my responsibility as the customer. This is the point when the girl breaks down because cannot handle the pressure of messing up and threatens to call the police on me. She is in the back of the shop and yelled at me to leave. In my professional opinion she does not have any customer service skills. If they cannot find my husbands shirt, they will be reimbursing us our money and we will not be continuing to use them in the future regardless of the outcome. And that girl needs to take a Xanax. I will also be filing a complain with the BBB.

I have been using Well-Suited Dry Cleaning for several years. They used to be called My Door but…read morethey have rebranded and changed several things to come into their own. Ann Walker is the owner of this company and has been reliable and consistently good and reasonably priced. They pick up and drop off laundry twice a week in my area and it so convenient to just leave the bag (provided) on my door. Next thing you know, you have clean laundry on your door! I do not miss driving to and through the dry cleaners! One more thing to remove from my list. They are very responsive. If you have a question or concern they get right on it. I have given them laundry then realized that I would be out of town on delivery date so they hold it for me until the next delivery day. Recently I had them clean my grandmothers 100+ year old quilt. She did some research. Carefully examined the quilt prior to cleaning and it came back looking great! They have cleaned many things over the years with no problems. Things like my Christmas Tree skirts, duvets, sweater pillow covers and comforters. Nothing has been damaged. I totally recommend We'll-Suited for all of your dry cleaning needs.

To start, My Door Dry Cleaning has very competitive pricing. They cost the same or slightly less (on a couple items) than your average dry cleaner. Men's shirts are $1.89, ladies blouses are $3.85, dresses are about $7-11 depending on fabric, length...and sweaters are $4.50. See, not bad! The quality of their work is pretty good. They are not the BEST that charges me out the nose, but they don't charge the most! They are, however, better than the average cleaner and they haven't lost or ruined anything yet! If they have an issue (they had a mechanical problem once) they'll let you know if your order may be delayed. Or if they're working extra on a stain. They come twice a week and I've been using them since May. So here's the thing that sells it for ME... Free pick up and delivery!! Twice a week!! I'm telling you, it's a game changer! I know my two days, if I'm going to be out of town on a delivery day I can text them and they'll hold it or if you know in advance, just don't have them pick up right before you go. Their communication is amazing! I get a text (usually while they're still in my driveway!) when they pick up and have delivered! They give you a door hanger/hook to put over your door and a bag for outgoing/incoming laundry. It's so convenient for me, I can't imagine driving back to my last cleaner which I finally found one I liked nearly 20 miles from home. UPDATE: 2/2019 I have raised my rating to 5 stars. Their level of service is unparalleled and they have a new shirt press that is doing a great job! I have had them do repairs to my clothes since my last review and I can not imagine having to take my clothes to a cleaner ever again! This is a no brainer!

This is hands down the WORST dry cleaner I've ever dealt with. I brought in my $150 jacket --…read morebarely 4 months old and in perfect condition -- for a simple cleaning. When I came to pick it up, it had rips in the front partially through the fabric, (so even sewing it up wasn't an option to fix it) like it had been caught and ripped during their cleaning process. When I brought it to their attention, not only did they refuse to take responsibility, but they actually tried to say it was just "normal wear and tear." Are you kidding me?! A 4-month-old jacket doesn't just *tear itself* while being professionally cleaned. And then they had the nerve to say we hadn't "spent enough money" with them for them to do anything about it. The only thing they offered was $15 -- for a jacket they ruined that cost ten times that. No apology, no accountability, just excuses and attitude. This place is a joke. They don't care about your clothes, and they definitely don't care about their customers. Take your business *anywhere else* -- unless you're okay with getting your stuff back damaged and being blamed for it.
