Window unit was custom order that he sent in right away. .Friday AM back with correct replacement and in less than a hour later window pane installation was done. He cleaned up all broken glass and debris. Richie presented in clean uniform, identified himself, asked if we required him to wear overshoe protection (I already had floor protection and ladders set up) He was polite and explained the process. also told me cost up front but that the shop would send a bill. Before he left, asked if I could see anything wrong with install and if any debris was missed. I stopped by the shop later in day to pay bill, Ginny the shop owner was gracious and told me I did not have to rush in to pay, but I had errands to run near the shop. I appreciate this kind of service.
