Their goal is to return your items to you in near-mint condition. I recently spilled some delicious Cabernet Sauvignon red wine on my expensive white linen pants. Other dry cleaners told me simply to replace the pants because "that wine is from grapes that are a natural dye and the red will never come out." The Clothes Doctor asked that I give their specialists a few days. To my shock they did the job and there's not even a trace of the wine. Also, years ago when my medical doctors insisted that I lose weight, I dropped 50 lbs in a year. The Clothes Doctor's expert tailors saved my expensive suits, converting them from size 48 to size 44 flawlessly. As I walk in the door at The Clothes Doctor 2 or 3 times monthly, I anticipate the lovely smile of Grace or any of her colleagues. They're all so great!!!
