So I decided to start using their send out laundry service, absolute cleaners. My clothes always come back sparkling clean, crisp, well folded--think Marie Kondo. These people fold better than I could ever think to do. They put small papers in between. They wrap the dry cleaning stuff in plastic. They really are meticulous about how they pack the laundry. I'll admit, I did not notice the signs inside the establishment that indicated "cash only," so that is my fault, but the electronic invoice that I was sent made it appear as though I could pay with card online. The website also does not have clear indication about payment types accepted. In a day and age when not many people carry cash or have paper checks anymore, this could be a drawback for people utilizing this business.

Jim, the owner was at the front desk and he was extremely helpful and welcoming. I was assisted by Carlos with my laundry and he was also very personable. When I returned to pick up my dry cleaning, another gentleman was at the front desk and the high level of customer service was maintained. My experience doing my own laundry was economical and the equipment did a great job. My dry cleaning was received when promised and I am pleased with the quality job that was done. I sent in a high value Burberry trench coat to get dry cleaned and it got damaged!! The coat had…read moretwo small black stains on a sleeve. I pointed those out when I sent it in. When I picked it up the first time. The person at the store said that they failed to remove one of the stains. I accepted that. But upon further checking, I noticed that the front collar of the coat got some large watery stain and a red spot which I didn't have when I sent it in. This is after they had supposedly cleaned the coat once! They took it back to be cleaned for a second time. And when I picked it up again, they said that the red spot they created cannot be removed! They insisted that the spot was there when I sent it in. I definitely didn't have that spot when I sent it in. As a normal person, I didn't take any video before I sent a coat to the dry clean, so I can't prove this. This stain is on the front of the coat. I cannot wear it any more! This is a very expensive Burberry trench coat. They only returned the 40 dollars they charged me for cleaning, which they didn't do and further stained it! It also wasted a bunch of my time. The person at the store refused to take any responsibility of ruining the coat. He said that the coat was not new and was dirty. But why would anyone take a new and clean coat to a dry cleaner?! This place is a nightmare! Avoid at all costs!
