Accessible if needed for advice, but definitely not pushy. The staff couldn't have been more helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the product (rare these days!). we have purchased furniture and have returned to purchase carpets. On both occasions I could not fault the attitude of the staff and management. Sadly, their contracted carpet fitters were absolutely dreadful - so much so, that they have now had their contract terminated as SCS Pemberton (Llanelli) value their customers and have high standards. I cannot speak highly enough of Andrea and Kevin and would recommend.

The store is larger than it looks and has a good range of sofas inside. The only problem I find with these stores is the staff waiting to pounce on you immediately as you walk in through the door - This store is no exception. Whilst they are polite they are constantly trying to draw you into conversation and you cannot walk around and browse their range without being followed. I was looking for a sofa at the time I visited the store and maybe would have purchased from here if the sales assistant hadnt been repeadedly trying to sell to me. I find it most frustrating and annoying.

I quite like the layout because it's just an absolutely huge store all considering and there's plenty of space to move around and find exactly what you want. Staff are quite good. As a young female i felt anxious about going into a trade counter and asking for help but every single member of staff was extremely helpful and encouraging. I have been in and out of there repeatedly throughout my garden project with queries and each time I was given time and help I needed. The boys cut the wood to the sizes i needed to help me make the job easier and calculated the best way to use my materials with minimal wastage. Bri was extremely encouraging and helped me get the confidence I needed to complete my project and start other jobs in my home that I had previously not attempted. The delivery guys were also amazing, taking an interest in my project and putting the materials where I wanted them. The guys in the store always managed to fit my delivery on to earlier delivery days which was super helpful and the guys in the yard were always ready to help me load the car and offered to cut anything I needed if I took it home and it wasnt quite right. Overall the service I have received with DG Heath has been amazing. I have already recommended them to loads of friends and family. Even though the queue is sometimes long it is never a problem as you know you will get all the help you need when it is your turn. Totally worth waiting in the line. Thank you all again. The order was for my daughters home and the delivery service was superb. The order had 1 small part damaged and they replaced it without any fuss. I have walked passed on numerous occasions and admired the composite decking and the wooden fencing but never actually gone inside until this week. The showroom has a large selection of quality internal wooden flooring and doors. I will definitely return here for any products that I may require in the future. I believe that customer service is a vital part of running a good business and this business has the best I have received in a very long time. If anyone is doing any work around the home i would definitely look here for your purchase you will struggle to compare with any other supplier.

I hired this company to install vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The workmanship was absolutely…read moreshoddy and the whole flooring will need to be replaced as they cut it wrong in numerous places and then tried using adhesive to hide the cuts that are still completely obvious. There are also large parts of the flooring that have large air bubbles showing where they haven't bothered to use adhesive and roll the vinyl out correctly. Also they have no idea how to use sealant and have just gone around with a tube of the stuff without any finesse and it looks terrible. The flooring will need to be purchased again and re-doing by professionals. My opinion is these guys are cowboys and should be avoided at all cost! If one person reads this and safes themselves the hassle I've been through then some good would have come from this fiasco.
