Richard the owner had purchased a General Liability through our insurance agency mid November 2019…read moreand then he realized that his secretary had already renewed his existing one. So, he called back demanding we cancel his policy and give him all his money back about 2 weeks later. We asked him to send the other policy to us so that we could verify that the effective date was the same as the one he purchased from us so that we could request from the insurance carrier we placed it with to flat cancel the policy which would mean we could get all of his deposit back ($205.21) for him. We got the policy cancelled but we told Richard that we have to wait for the insurance carrier to send us back the money before we send it back to him , this is where the offensive e-mails started from Richard.
