I first went to this place a couple of years ago with concerns regarding my menstrual cycle. I knew what I was experiencing was not normal and I wanted some answers. My provider literally said to me "some women just have sucky periods". Bullied me into a birth control I did not want and did not acknowledge my concerns when I expressed the side effects of the birth control. Now that I have gone to a new doctor's office repeating the same exact symptoms I originally told this clinic, they immediately ran tests, ultrasounds, and exams. I have been diagnosed with PCOS. I can't believe I spent 2 years trying to advocate for myself just for Sara Bushur to say you have to suck it up. If you have the ability to go literally anywhere else, please do so. read more

The initial visit was ok no real problems with the PA but for whatever reason medical office will always get a bad rep for their front desk personnel. When i checked out I made a follow up visit, which i asked the person if they will send a text reminder or phone call since they originally did that for my initial visit. She said yes and I declined the appt card of the next appointment. Fast forward a few months and now I'm receiving a statement for a missed appointment... no call, no message. Front office then tells me there was a text but NOW I had unsubscribed from their text messaging system. HOW CONVIENT. I guess is all about CYOA and money at the end of the day. Dr. Hasty had very good reviews online so I tried her out. She talked me through all my concerns and made me feel so comfortable when I was super anxious. I can't recommend her enough! This is a follow-up to my initial appointment. It's... fine. Not great, not terrible. The ultrasound went well. Baptist M&S had found a cyst on my left ovary but by the time I had my ultrasound, it was gone. The technician was comprehensive and descriptive. She explained what she was doing for the entire process like she was being recorded. But it made following her very easy. Unfortunately, much like with my abdominal pain, my WHNP couldn't discern anything wrong. Apparently, my uterus looked "beautiful" - and while it's nice to know nothing is wrong, my lifelong pain remains diagnosed as "painful periods." (even though I don't really get a period anymore) While I didn't get a dismissive vibe, I did get a "well there's nothing wrong so we can't do anything except keep you on your IUD" despite still having painful cramps while having the IUD. Yes, the periods are gone (for the most part) but I still find myself doubled over in pain every few days. For my other pain which was deemed muscular, I was told I was referred to the Arrosti group and that they would be giving me a call. It's been almost a month and I haven't received a call. My WHNP also tried to get me to sell some genetic testing to my psychiatrist. The whole session felt like they tried to pedal affiliates and products they work with. Overall, I'm just a little disappointed that they just kinda were like *shrug* and sent me on my way. Went in for annual and discuss perimenopause symptoms...walked out in tears. I was asked "is this an annual appointment or a problem appointment because I don't have time for both". I was told it sounds more psychological than hormonal and I'm already on antidepressants plus, I know my body and I know for a fact I'm not depressed (I have GAD not depression). I've gone to Dr. Hasty for several years on/off because I moved out of town. But I wouldn't go to any other doctor that isn't her, and frankly I haven't. They used to be at a tower by the hospital, and they moved to this site not sure how long ago. They do digital paperwork so when you're in site everything is pre-processed. They are timely and the staff works like a well oiled machine. Dr. Hasty is such a progressive, intelligent, caring provider all around. She cares about her patients, and their situation. Additionally they have begun offering MedSpa services which is SUPER convenient and discreet for those interested. Dr. Hasty and her team have impacted my life and health in meaningful ways and I will definitely continue working on be under her care. read more

Worst practice, especially front desk receptionist Monica and Sabrina office manager who tried to commit insurance fraud. Was a patient for almost 10 years and happily leaving due to unethical practices in office. Sabrina stated that she would still file a claim under a policy that was fraudulently created in my name. For anyone not familiar with insurance, you have the right to refuse a claim be processed and if an office tries to tell you they have to then they are most likely very familiar with committing insurance fraud and have done it before. Advocate for yourself and don't let anyone commit insurance fraud with your name. I struggled whether to even share this, but it was so horrific and traumatizing. It took me a week to gather my thoughts and recover enough to get talk about it. Also, I was hoping they might reach out to check and see if I was ok, but they never did. Will try to keep it concise. Basically, I needed an IUD swapped. Was extremely nervous because it's always a painful procedure and doctors generally do a poor job of managing women's pain. Was hoping that as a women-led practice things were different here. The initial appointment wasn't bad. However, prior to the sonogram and IUD swap I called to communicate that I was afraid and worried about the pain. They initially offered a variant of "misoprostol", called Cytotec. Was told it would open my cervix to alleviate stress of procedure. Asked for additional pain management and they offered Toradol. I'm familiar with it for migraines and was willing to accept this would help. What they failed to mention was that it would result in contraction-like pain, which woke me from sleep that morning of the appointment. I showed up to the office holding it together. When I was eventually called back, I told the nurse the cramps/contraction-like pain was significant. She did not seem surprised which leads me to believe it was common, so I should have been warned. The sonogram tech, Kathy, had THE WORST bedside manner. Extremely brash and cold. When I walked into the room she turned and said, "Waist down. Off." - it reminded me of prison. I thought perhaps she was having a bad day and tried to overlook it. As procedure continued, she didn't communicate what she was doing and then she kept barking at me to relax. While she did this, she kept pushing the inside of my leg and saying "relax" - it was rude and such a gross behavior. Additionally, I was still in significant pain with cramps/contractions as she ordered me to lay in a twisted way because my bladder wasn't filled up enough. Then left to go get the doctor. Dr. Hasty eventually came in and I was relieved when she said, "I hear you're a bit nervous." This gave me hope she was set things right. What happened after was anything but that. I was still in pain with cramps, so I quickly realized that everything after that would only dial up the pain. The speculum was painful and when she said, "just a little pressure" it felt like someone was stabbing me in the guts. Kathy was using the sonogram to track where the IUD was while Dr. Hasty dug around trying to grab it. I was all but screaming in pain, tears running down my face as the minutes passed. Every so often Kathy would say "relax, it only makes it hurt more", but after some minutes they couldn't get it out. I clenched my hand over my mouth to hold back the screams, with my other hand gripping my chest, nails digging into my skin. Dr. Hasty said they needed to try a second tool, so the nurse went to go get it. They said it's worse coming out then going in and it'll be worth it. And that she didn't mean to hurt me. After some more minutes the nurse returned with the second tool. That's when it felt like a red-hot poker burning/stabbing as these worked to try and dig the IUD out. At some point Dr. Hasty asked if I wanted her to stop. I all but yelled, just get it out if you're already there. More ordering to relax. More muffled screams and tears. However, I couldn't take anymore and did tell her to stop. (This is coming from a person with a child and over 40 hours of tattoo work done) They exited the room while I tried to stand, wipe of all the blood and get dressed on shaky legs. When Dr. Hasty came back we had a brief conversation about how I would need anesthesia and outpatient surgery to remove it. But that if I wanted to just leave implant in, it wouldn't hurt anything, and I could just take birth control. My thoughts were racing, and I just wanted to get out of there. I hope this never happens to any women. There is a reason the CDC released new guidelines on pain management for IUDs. If only doctors would listen to us. read more

If you are shopping for a new Ob/Gyn, don't hesitate to call this practice. Try to disregard the complainers. You will be pleasantly surprised by this group's efficiency and personal care. Professional website is what sold me. The experience is highlighted by a well-appointed, modern office with views that stretch to the Hill Country. I had narrowed my online search to 3 practices. The 1st kept me on hold for almost 10 mins, I hung up. The 2nd couldn't see me for 6 weeks. Four Seasons front office staff answered immediately, wanted to hear all my issues and walked me through the costs, in advance, no surprise medical bills. The doctor came into the ultrasound room to discuss with tech during procedure. Ultrasound room was state of the art and the tech was extremely professional/sharp as well. This showed me the doctor was really interested/concerned with my case. I felt so at ease. When it came time to pay, they did everything possible to cut costs (I was a cash pay). Gave me great recommendations and referrals. Very personable experience with excellent staff. Overall awesome considering these types of exams are not-too-fun. read more

I LOVE DR FINNEY! Amazing, I have had polycystic ovarian syndrome since I began menstruation, I am now 28 years old. With menstrual once a year, very dangerous! I have seen 4 different doctors all of which have suggested birth control as a means of regulating my hormones. FOR THE FIRST TIME, i have found a doctor who cares to treat the problem and fix this disease at its source. Women are hormonal and this doctor treats the hormones! I feel amazing, I've started ovulating and FINALLY my body is having a period on it's own. My husband and I are now currently 5 months pregnant- something all the other doctors told me was very difficult to do/or could not happen naturally, -Dr Finney fixed my body Naturally. read more

Was referred by a friend - the medical staff was good, but good luck dealing with their office staff. First red flag was when I went from their office to pick up my prescription - they had said it would be sent right away, got to the pharmacy and no go. Had to call 4 times to get a staff member on the phone to send it, and I hung up thinking they would send it right then. Nope - I had to call back one more time because they *still* hadn't sent it. The next problem was getting my blood results - it took a week of phone tag (and several messages from me indicating to leave the results in my voicemail), since the assistant will only call back once a day. The third problem I had was receiving a refill on my medication - I refilled it with the pharmacy, but then 3 days later I checked on it with them and they couldn't get in touch with the doctor's office to refill it. I had to call the office 3 times in order to get a staff member on the phone to complete this task. Final straw was when I received an email with a link for their patient portal, which I thought was awesome (at first). I figured this would be the way to get what I need without so much frustration. I couldn't sign up, so I called the office and the receptionist told me that the portal was broken. Why send a patient an email with a broken link? At that point, I asked for them to send me a medical release form in order to switch doctors, and they sent me two emails with the broken link. When I called back, they would instantly hang up on me. I guess once you tell them you're switching doctors they no longer feel the need to help or answer your phone calls. Still haven't received it, and I've already made appointments with other doctors. I'm hoping I don't have further issues with the new doctor getting my records from them. Not worth the frustration - I've never had issues with a doctor's office like this before. Last night, I went into the ER for a severe gallbladder attack. I normally suffer through the pain, but after 12 hours of misery I couldn't stand it any longer. I'm 28 weeks pregnant, but have always been instructed to go to the ER for issues like my gallbladder or asthma that are not pregnancy related. This time was no different. I walked up to the ER window, clearly in an immense amount of pain and was immediately instructed to go to Labor and Delivery, which is across the hospital. There was no offer of a wheel chair or even an inquiry into why I was there. When I did finally make it to Labor and Delivery, I was required to sign a mountain of paperwork and wait over an hour before being seen. When the nurse did finally stop to speak with me, she hooked up to a fetal monitor and left again. Assuming I was there for a pregnancy related issue. I understand checking on the baby, especially when it could be something serious, BUT I've had gallbladder issues for awhile and I know exactly what an attack feels like. The nurse was the 3rd person I spoke with and still no one inquired as to why I was there! Over 2 hours after I arrived, the doctor (Nancy Rector-Finney) finally decided to grace us with her presence. I explained my situation to her and immediately felt like I was being judged. She was incredibly rude and patronizing and even had the nerve to ask 'have you even had any prenatal care this pregnancy'? I was appalled. I see my doctor at least once per month, now twice per month and there was absolutely no reason to warrant her treating me this way. She acted like I was lying and even asked my husband if what I was saying was correct. Why on earth would I make up a gallbladder attack? With all the hype everyone was making about the fact I was pregnant, I was kind of put out at the fact that she didn't even check on the baby. She immediately unhooked the fetal monitor and said she could set me up for some outpatient labs, but would prefer I had it done then so she could guarantee I would go. Seriously? I did not spend hours in pain, waiting for a doctor, just to be treated like some type of junkie. She did absolutely nothing for the pain and wound up having the nurse send me home after the ultra sound showed no stones. (Which I had told her I have spasms not stones...) I have never felt more unworthy or mistreated. A doctor is there to care for patients and ensure they are okay. (Which she did with every other patient in the room.) The only thing this lady accomplished was putting me in further pain and wasting my time and money. I was angry after the way she treated me, but when she never came back, I was livid. I'm also reporting her to the hospital and my insurance company for her poor bedside manner and the complete lack of care on her part. read more

Super modern & comfortable office/waiting room and more importantly the doctors are caring, compassionate, and take a modern, matter-of-fact approach to women's health and wellness. Love that the docs are fit and are not shy about advising a proactive approach to health through fitness and proper nutrition. They tend to run their practice 'on-time' (in quotes, because you won't always be seen on the dot at your exact appointment time, but you won't wait 30 minutes either) and take time to listen and answer questions when patients have them. They run their practice efficiently, so be prepared with your questions (I always right them down so I don't forget in the moment). They offer aesthetic services as well. I'm not a fan of their laser hair removal - after 9 sessions I still have hair growing in places it was permanently removed from - but I'm told that this could just be my body's reaction - I know others who've had success with this same procedure at this very office. The skin care line they promote (Obagi) is expensive, but well worth it as it's removed a lot of old sun damage from my face in mere months. I found Dr Hasty at Four Seasons ob/GYN almost three years ago through Yelp. I go to her for Bio-identical Hormone Therapy. Dr Hasty is friendly and easy to talk to. The office staff is professional and friendly. I have never waited more than a couple of days to get an appointment. I called on Wednesday morning and was able to be seen on Thursday afternoon. The atmosphere is calm. The waiting area is decorated beautifully with pictures displayed on the walls. They also offer different types of services related to a whole body experience. I go here for laser hair removal treatments and I am absolutely satisfied with the work Valerie (the technician) does. Aside from being kind, she is knowledgable about the work she does. The establishment is clean, she never tries to up sell any products, and she is very professional. My results have been phenomenal as well! Therefore, as far as the laser hair removal, 5 stars. Purchased the chemical peel promotion. Very nice and professional customer service. I was expecting some results, I really didn't see much if any results. She did mention everyone skin reacts differently and also stated she used a medium peel. (She uses different peels depending on her evaluation of the clients skin.) It was a soothing experiences. After visiting this office for the second time, I've finally decided that I will part ways with this OBGYN office. The staff is rude and snobby and I continue to feel like an empty carcass because that's how they treat you. My first visit, I got an IUD inserted by Dr.Hasty, she was very pushy to make me decide on what it was that I was going to get for birth control. After I chose it, she aggressively inserted it...I've never felt so much pain in my life, it was so bad that I was fainting and all she did was smile and say "it's all gonna be worth it" before she walked away and left me to gather myself and my belongings. That was definitely not the treatment I expected after that procedure. For my second visit, I called before my appointment to let them know I was going to be late. When I showed up late, they said they don't take patients who don't call before they're late and I did, but because I didn't specify over the phone, they didn't count it. They still took me in and this time I got the nurse practitioner, Sarah. She was very nice to answer my question about my IUD poking my BF.and that's all it was...I went in, was charged $40 co-pay for Sarah to answer a question in less than 10 minutes. I have to brag about this awesome practice. It was time for me to make a change and I was having a difficult time deciding who would be a good fit for me now that I am in my 50's. I saw Dr. Hasty and Dr. Finney on a local news segment several years back and I really connected with their philosophy and warm personalities, but I wasn't quite ready to change doctors yet. I finally made the change in 2018 and have never doubted my decision. Expressing my goals and concerns is so easy and I feel as though I've known Dr. Hasty all my life. Her nurse, Kim, has been so helpful and provided lots of hand-holding while I prepared for--and then recovered from--two surgeries. The insurance team, Annabel and Melissa, have spent countless hours battling with Aetna to get my claims paid (always with a smile in their voice, I might add!). In addition, it is very reassuring that the doctors are so knowledgeable and proficient with the latest techniques, technologies, and pharmaceuticals. I've had robotic surgery and bio identical hormone pellets, both of which have dramatically improved my quality of life. I love four seasons. Been going there about 6 or 7 years and my doctor is Dr. Hasty. Even though I only go once a year for a checkup, I feel she still remembers me when I do go and always asks whats new with me. Everyone is super nice and professional and the office is very modern and relaxing. The only negative i can think of is you have to make an appointment like 4 months in advance since they are always booked. I tell every woman I know to go to dr. I first heard about Four Seasons OB/GYN when I saw Dr. Karen Hasty on the cover of TexasMD. I then asked a Facebook group of San Antonio women I'm in who they go to that is pro-IUD (my former gyno is super against them.) Everyone overwhelmingly told me how great Four Seasons is- so I scheduled a consultation. WOW! I had no idea going to the gynecologist could be such a great experience. Every person I interacted with at the office was pleasurable, personable, and very sweet. The nurse was very kind and helpful, and Sara, the PA I saw was amazing! She answered all my questions and gave me all kinds of background information on IUD's and her personal experiences with them. She really made my experience at Four Seasons memorable, and I am now a forever patient. I waited less than 15 minutes to be seen each time I went in, and was in and out in less than an hour for my IUD insertion. What a wonderfully ran practice. I can't say enough great things. I rarely write reviews, but Four Seasons and Sara Bushur made such an impression I just had to. read more

All the doctors and nurses at this clinic are great. Their service is fine, they actually listen to concerns over your health, etc. However, getting ahold of any help whatsoever over the phone is nearly impossible. The automated options you are given aren't accurate (the extension for prescriptions actually sends you to disability claims and there is no way to get to the prescriptions line without managing to get an actually person the line to transfer you), and on the off chance you manage to get the right voicemail you are unlikely to hear back. It took 3 weeks of me trying to get ahold of someone, leaving several messages, and finally managing to snag the right NP between appointments to get them to take 2 seconds to give me a new prescription after my old medication was discontinued (something they did not tell me about, I had to get that info from CVS as they desperately tried to find me an emergency supply). I am extremely disappointed and honestly appalled that they would take 3 weeks to get back to a patient about a medication that is extremely important to my quality of life. read more

This office has gone downhill and it's the office staff after being a patient for 20 years and had my first pregnancy in this office was great but now because rude and unprofessional office staff I have to look elsewhere, I remember on numerous occasions with the girl at the front loud talking intentionally so other patients could hear, not only does that impede on patients rights it's against hippa guidelines and that's a one way ticket to termination as I have been a manager myself and knows what goes on. So to start you have to block your number to get through and when they decided to pick up they miraculously hung up, how is one supposed to get an appointment with a doctor with such incompetent staff? I will name names in that office you have Cheyenne who is the most condescending person I have ever met and I recall her laughing at a patient and ignoring her when she asked if this was absolutely necessary with her behavior this girl rolled her eyes and shut the window in her face, now on another occasion Amanda has done something similar in regards to another patient as I overheard loud talking and breaking every rule possible and when the patient asked to speak to the office manager Sabrina of course she said well she's not available and upon hearing that I was floored even when the patient stated she would wait to talk to her and she had an appointment and was there with her young son. Not only that I've had juvaderm fillers and the girl who used to be there was excellent her name was Kayla now they have this woman named Valerie who literally rips you off and when you call her on it she throws her hands up in the air and supposedly she's a nurse obviously she couldn't hack as a nurse and is taking her anger out on patients and purposely ripping them off. I've been with my doctor for years and to have such an unprofessional staff is shocking but I guess this is why they only have high school diplomas and aren't college educated because people who have education will not act like that. These girls at the front are ridiculous it's like if they have a problem with you they purposely not sign you in even when you have arrived on time I have personally experienced this twice and when asked to speak to a manager they are suddenly not available, the worst thing that can bring down a doctor's office is the staff and to be honest most of them need to be fired. I now will have to place a complaint and go up over them since you can't express your voice here, the doctor's may be good but they have no clue what is going on in the front and I as a patient here will make it known that this injustice will not continue, not to mention all the reviews about the staff are all true, if these businesses want to stay intact get rid of the problem people of your office because these doctors are suddenly stumped why a patient of years suddenly out of the blue stops coming. Fix your office and the high school click in the front and get reputable people especially ones who will answer the phone when's it's an emergency! If you are not a supermodel, thin, rich, Caucasian woman, then stay away from Dr. Hasty, Feinstein when I unfortunately encountered her. She is horrible. My son is 5 years old, he is my only child, and to this day I regret having her as my OBGYN. She was extremely rude and looked down on me. Words can never express how upset she made me and because it was my 1st pregnancy and my PCP recommended her, I stayed with her because I didn't know better. I have since changed gynos and PCP. She was always late and again extremely demeaning. She and the other horrible doctor that she works with were performing my c-section and didn't say one word to me. Instead they talked about their weekend plans, disgusting. If it allowed me to I wouldn't have even rated her the 1 star. read more
