Wanted to buy a new pressure washer gun, wand, hose, and some assorted fittings. Would not let me into the store (Covid, presumably) to browse for the parts that I needed. It would have taken 20 minutes to explain to the dummy at the outside counter what I needed, and 2 minutes for me to get the parts that I needed from their displays inside. They told me to "go to Home Depot, Buddy". SO...A few days later I DID go to Home Depot..Better pricing, Better return/exchange policy, Better overall experience. So much for trying to help a small, local business, FEH! read more

Excuse me if this is a bit long, I'm not used to writing reviews but the experience I had here has to be shared! To start I spent the last week driving store to store risking my health to find face masks for my mother who has medical conditions. In my effort I ended up with absolutely nothing. All the stores are sold out and the only store I found that had 1 box of disposable surgical masks (50 pack) wanted well over $100 for said box. Unfortunately due to this pandemic I am currently out of work like many others. I just simply couldn't afford the box and to feed my son so I was left with the choice between them... I left the store and started driving home defeated and pretty upset... On my way I passed by Four Seasons and thought let me just give it a shot and see if they had any masks.. I made a U turn and pulled in. I tried the front door but it was closed (probably due to the pandemic totally understandable) the sign on the door said to go to the side and so I did. I came across a man but unfortunately never got his name (kicking myself in the butt for that) I asked him if he had any mask and he said he did but it was only enough for his employees since the pandemic doesn't allow him to order more then 5 at a time and of course I totally agreed I understand keeping his employees safe is VERY important!!! They are out in this every single day putting there health and there families health at risk to service the community! They DEFINITELY need to make sure they are safe! I spoke with him and let him know about my situation and told him I haven't found them anywhere! He then told me to wait a minute and stepped to the back.. When he returned he had a face mask and gave it to me without even asking for a penny! I was so thankful to find someone in this craziness of a pandemic that has such a heart! I thanked him and I tell you it took everything in me to not cry I was so overwhelmed with emotion. This place and the heart of there employees is what other companies should strive for!! I will forever be grateful for the kindness shown to me from them during this stressful time. Thank you Four Seasons you have a customer for life and gratitude from me and my family. Charged 32.50 to refill propane tank!!!!! Average is 24$ in the neighborhood. Come on!!!!

I brought my lawnmower here for a repair. It was only a year old and I had already changed the oil, and the gas. I had a new air filter and a new spark plug. It needed minor carburetor work. It didn't matter what it needed... they had a price list that stated that it would cost approximately $100, and that's what it cost. They told me it would be ready at noon on one day, then when I went there, they told me it was't ready. I had to keep calling them to see if it was ready. They service men were polite, but I think they cater more to landscapers. Additionally, I felt like they had the attitude that since I am a woman, I know nothing. read more
