They were able to do the install in just a couple of days later and the install itself went very quickly. Prior to the install they told us they may need to come out a second time as they did not have the RO spigot in a color matching our existing faucet. We opted to have the second trip to get the enjoyment of the RO water earlier. The second trip was only a couple of days later and the spigot looks good. In the past we have had competitor products (saltless purifiers) and we compared several again. Main reasons for not going with saltless is that they don't do as good of job on fixing hard water and either are quite a bit more expensive (national brand) or have very low satisfaction for warranty work. Culligan has good reputation for service/ quality. All company individuals we have met so far have been friendly and provided good customer service.

When the job was being done, it was not just his employees, but him as well. He answered all of my questions and helped take care of a small problem I had with venting. I had him spray both open and closed cell insulation in my house. It has been almost a week since he finished the job and here are the results so far: Yesterday the high was around 58 and last night it got down to the mid to upper 40's. This morning when I got up the thermostat said 71 degrees and I have not turned on the heater in several days. I have seen some horror stories online with spray foam companies but if I had known this would be the results, I would have done it several years ago. It was corrected and hasn't failed. The plumber took the disposal off and said he wanted to try something before replacing it. He had brought one just in case. He wrenched the post of the disposal and something broke inside. Turns out a small bone had fallen into the disposal and was locking it up. The bone was withdrawn and the disposal worked. He could have just replaced our disposal and made more money, but chose to be of service, not taking advantage of the situation.
