Each time they send a different repairman, who replaces a different part and it malfunctions again. They refuse to replace the warrantied unit. Yesterday it was repaired again, today it malfunctioned leaving the renter with no hot water in below freezing temperatures. One of their repairmen was at the renters home for 6 HOURS, spending most of that time on hold with the manufacturer because the owner of the company didn't know what to do. Avoid this company at all costs!
