Scheduling an appointment was easy via their website, however I found that they also have an app. The staff were absolutely amazing! They were very welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived to the time I left. I went for an infrared sauna session and loved it! There was a color chart and remote for you to select the right light color for your needs They also provided an iPad where you can watch Netflix. Also, there is a water fill station, so make sure to bring a bottle. I definitely went ahead and scheduled my next visit! 10/10, definitely recommend.

Location was convenient to a variety of places to eat near by. In general, I try to stay at places that don't charge for parking. You are already paying to stay there, so glad there was not any additional parking costs. Nice sized lot so it was awesome I didn't have to drive around and around looking for a spot to park. Did I say the staff was super nice? Well I am saying it again since it was refreshing to have folks who really seemed to do what they could to ensure you had a nice stay.. Room was clean. Towels were my favorite absorbent ones. Water pressure and temperature were on target. Nice long counter in the bathroom. Larger fridge in the room. Bed and sheets were comfy and inviting.
