So I did what I had to do. I disputed the charge, and the credit card company ruled in my favor and issued a partial refund. All of this over $400--which didn't even come close to covering the TV that was damaged because of his work. Instead of handling a simple problem like a professional, Gabe chose to drag this out, damage his own reputation, and lose future business.
