We are here from California but my Mama Bruce lives in Texarkana, TX and I wanted her to come visit us while we are in Shreveport, LA / Bossier City and they help me give her directions to be able to come visit US. Cocktail waitresses are horrible. They must not like a $5.00 tip for one beer? They never ask me…read moredo I want anything. I have to flagged them down. I was just there yesterday for 1 hour and both waitresses looked and walked past me twice and never said a word. They are very rude. Should I call the manager down in order to get my complimentary drink? They both look like they are mad at everyone. i actually think its because I look better than them because obviously they do not want to make money and help the casino out. Customer service is horrible there.

I stopped by here for 30 minutes as I was checking out the local casinos in Choctaw. This place I had better luck at the slot machines. Selections are okay. I guess I prefer the games in Choctaw Landing more. However, the game selections were good though and I did lasted here quite some time and had a big win. Maybe not a jackpot, but this is based off of a $5 dollar bet. Overall, I had a fun time here, probably will not go out of my way to play here, but it is okay.
