I was just there yesterday for 1 hour and both waitresses looked and walked past me twice and never said a word. They are very rude. Should I call the manager down in order to get my complimentary drink? They both look like they are mad at everyone. i actually think its because I look better than them because obviously they do not want to make money and help the casino out. I also wanted to play the roulette game with a spin bonus and wild thing and most likely leave. I do not know why I like playing that game as I never hit anything good on there and getting the bonus. However, I decided this time to try my luck at this casino and see what happens as I saw last time they did have a lot of old school three reel machines that were not volatile. I should try it. The roulette game was out of commission so I played Wild Thing and nothing happened. I then played Triple Double Dollar and even though I did see the machine had a jackpot on there I decided to do the "backup" spins and little did I know I hit my first jackpot there of $2400.00 They do take a long time to get to you that I had to get someone from the cashier cage to come get me. Then, I had to wait another 30 minutes for my handpay to appear. I ended up playing some really old Aristocrat games while I waited and they were a lot of fun as I got a bonus on one and the other a great line hit. I stopped by here for 30 minutes as I was checking out the local casinos in Choctaw. This place I had better luck at the slot machines. Selections are okay. I guess I prefer the games in Choctaw Landing more. However, the game selections were good though and I did lasted here quite some time and had a big win. Maybe not a jackpot, but this is based off of a $5 dollar bet. Overall, I had a fun time here, probably will not go out of my way to play here, but it is okay.

I am extremely disappointed by Choctaw's policy regarding accessible rooms. Guests who require…read moreaccessibility accommodations cannot reserve an accessible room in advance. Instead, these rooms are apparently offered on a "first come, first served" basis--leaving people with disabilities unable to know whether their basic needs will be met when they arrive. We were planning a family gathering at a nearby short-term rental, but my mother could not stay there because of her significant mobility limitations. We thought Choctaw would be a comfortable and dependable alternative. However, after multiple calls, we were repeatedly told that an accessible room could not be guaranteed or reserved, even when the accommodation is medically necessary. My parents live six hours away in Houston. They simply cannot make that drive without confidence that my mother will be able to safely enter, move around, and use the bathroom in her room. Accessibility is not a preference or a "special request." For many guests, it determines whether traveling and staying at a property is possible at all. A policy that leaves accessible rooms to chance effectively excludes guests with disabilities and their families. This was incredibly frustrating, discouraging, and disappointing. Choctaw should urgently reconsider how it handles accessible-room reservations.
