Their two interior ATM machines are the new type and since it's within the branch, they allow you to withdraw much higher amounts than a typical outside machine. I like that there is always an attentive security guard inside the store at all times, it really does make you feel safer. I also really appreciate the ample free parking, especially in an area that is notoriously hard to find a decent spot. All in all, a great bank located in the heart of Freeport, right off the sunrise highway, so rather convenient for most!

I like the convenience of their ATM locations, new refreshing logo and online banking is now a dream come true. Amidst the COVID19 pandemic I visited the Garden City and Westbury branches which were a nightmare. Terrible service prior to the pandemic as well. Long lines. Clueless employees. Today I am happy to report that this branch is the best. Professional staff. Smiling faces. Best of all, no long lines and no nonsense. I needed a cashier's check today. While I'm not happy with the $10 up charge as a account holder, I will say it beats all the foolish monthly fees the other For Profit banks charge. This branch is raising the bar. I had a bad experience with my account after being charged for a maintenance fee without any knowledge that the account would incur a fee. I banked with Bank of America for 4 years with no problem. After noticing a maintenance fee in my account, I contacted customer service to assist. The rep was unable to show me where to find my account details which would show the terms of the account that incurred the fee. I decided to close the 2 accounts I have at BofA. The rep told me I would need to go to the branch to close of only accounts. I made an appointment online to an attempt to get in and out of the back as quick as possible. I notified them right away that I had an appointment and was told the person I had an appointment with was with someone else. After waiting over 10 mins the same guy I spoke to initially ended up helping me. He closed my account and I still had to wait online at the teller to get my money from my account. Glad I closed my accounts and will have to need to bank here any longer.

Franklin is one of the nicest guys that you will ever meet. In fact every one of staff has been professional and treated us with respect. We closed on the personal loan, paid off the HELOC and now have a personal loan locked in at 3.25% everything went smoothly. A great experience, which is why I will never switch banks.
