Most of the bids were flat rate for interstate moves, even though both towns were right on the border of each state and most bids were approximately $1,200. One company even bid three moving men for this trip. I clearly understand when families move their entire home and all belongings, one may need more movers and time for this process. This furniture had no sentimental value and was not worth $1,200; I simply wanted to utilize something I already had as I do not like to shop. TJ's Services arrived for the pickup and delivered on time. They were very courteous and did a very nice job. I would not hesitate to contact them again if I had any other moving needs.

We can be quite inquisitive, but our representative was polite and informative, never showing signs of annoyance. I highly recommend Johnson Construction for your roofing and gutter needs. Another thing we appreciated was their cleanliness. When they left it was like they were never here, and the dumpster was picked up the next day. The job took one day, and even though we had to shift the date due to weather our project manager was in constant communication, always making sure we were up to date on what was happening with our job.

This started out great. i trusted Matt when he came out and did an estimate. so much so that we…read moreadded gutters and guards and extra facia wrap. the problem started when the siding was sliding off, then parts fell off. on 7/17/21 Dave ,the crew chief came out. after a heated discussion he went on the roof with my husband and had to admit our concerns were founded. on 9/7/21 Dave called to say the materials were in and will schedule job for end of the month. that came and went. on 10/4/21 called Dave and the owner, Chandler. to voice mail. 10/7 called again and stated would go thru BBB. filed that day: 28b1c274-2777-11ec-a163-0e63a1194 case number. 10/11/21 a worker on original job, Chris showed up, no phone ahead. He stated materials just arrived. when I asked he told me Dave and Lance were fired. He has no contact with Chandler either. I called again, went to voicemail. asked for him to call and make this job right. the new siding is a different lot, sturdier, but the other roofing issues are not on him to fix, that is on Chandler, the owner who will not respond to phone calls. when you are sold a product with a lifetime guarantee you expect to be able to communicate with the company. it would be interesting to check out the testimonials they have and the couple pictured. are they still happy? my picture was taken, before the job was even started. it raised a red flag in my mind but I went along with it. we are going to have tp pay someone else to resolve these issues. we may then pursue this in court. leslie thomas
