I walked in today to get my blood work and a receptionist tells me we don't accept your insurance anymore. My question is why didn't they tell me this before making a schedule or booking me for this appointment? I could've found someone else now. I'm in a rush before my prescriptions run out. I would definitely not recommend this location or the millennium group I call this piss poor management and there's no excuse for.

Then they wrote him a prescription that he couldn't get filled because you have to be over 18 to get the medication they prescribed - and he is 16. Then they scheduled a follow up appointment to see how he was doing on the medication he couldn't legally get. When we didn't show because why would we when we didn't get the medication - they charged me 90$ for a no show appt because their front office and back office don't communicate. Then they said they'd waive the fee. Then they sent it to collections. The people at the desk yell and feel I'm to blame for the fact that their back office didn't communicate with the folks in reception. I didn't see a doctor which was the original request I saw a nurse who refused to see me again when I wouldn't participate in insurance fraud. This place needs to be shut down. 9/30/2025

The visits are thorough, quick, and I haven't had an issue with any treatments, yet. All visits are by appointment only, but, if you really need it due to illness, I've never had any trouble being worked in for a same day visit.
