This place is awesome! My friend brought me here and I was very impressed. They have a great selection of cigars and the associates are there to help you find one that you would like to try. They also have a great selection of draft beers as well as hard alcohol. We stayed inside and originally, I thought that it would smell like smoke, but it did not at all. They did a great job circulating the air so I didn't smell like a puff of smoke when I left, which was great. This place is an ideal if you want a space to smoke a cigar, grab a drink, and hang out for the evening. read more

This was my first experience purchasing from Fox Cigar. I've been buying Cigars for quite a few years online and this Is the easiest and smoothest transaction I've ever had! From the easy to use and well laid out website, to the great products and well thought out Cigar bundles and the expert packaging! Why I rave about the packaging is because my cigars were packaged in humidity controlled plastic bags with a handwritten note from thanking me for my business! What a great selection. I happen to prefer AJ's and they had them. They have a VIP section in the back with a wall of TV's and pool table and a private bar it looked like. I did not have an opportunity to go in side but could see through the glass. They have enormous selection of drinks to choose from from all over the world. I found myself highly impressed with the service as well. Even without being an official VIP the staff will make sure you feel as though you are. I highly recommend this spot if you enjoy a great selection of drinks and sticks! read more

This place has a wide variety of domestic cigars with both single buy and boxed supply options plus while I was in their humidor browsing I was able to meet and discuss with a cigar, aficionado, different brands and different recommendations, and I walked out with a really good random cigar that was highly recommend to me based on what I was seeking at the time! I have been here more than a few times now and I love this place! I am not much for cigars but I have finally found one each time that I don't mind... one I can Puff on with the boys... I think the staff are great. I think they're constant changing selections of beers are great. Typically when we have gone in there has been quite a dynamic crowd and a good vibe. The patio has misters and is a nice large space for plenty to hang out there. It does tend to get a little loud... loud enough that one can recognize the music but not at which place the song is at. It's a man chill place. Not to say the ladies aren't welcome, I just feel more like a man when I'm there. I also wouldn't hit this place with the ladies for girls night dressed to the 9s. Although, I'm pretty sure even if I did, the staff would treat us the same nonetheless. I hear there is a member room as well, although, I'm not in that far (yet). Anyhow, I dig it as a place to relax with a beer (or a gin) and a stogie. read more

I honestly don't know much about cigars so my review is based off my overall vibe. So far, I've been twice and would go again. It's nice a way to pre game or end the night, it's a chill environment. Even though they mostly play Hip Hop ( which I adore), the crowd is very diverse, from different races to different age groups. Some people are dressed up and some are dressed more casually. As I said I mentioned before, I don't know much about cigars but they have a wide variety of affordable options and the workers there are more than happy to answer any questions. There's also a wide variety of liquor and cocktails to choose from, the bar area is a little hectic but no where near as hectic as the others bars in the area. Great place to go out without all the hustle bustle such waiting in life forever, not having anywhere to sit and of course, breaking the bank! read more

I frequent this place. probably go once a week or so. always order a $35 shot of scotch. anyways go the other day and order the same, the bartender tells me they are out but have something else. I'm thinking it's price comparable. I get my bill and it was a $700 shot. No warning from the bartender at all. No indication that it was even remotely this high priced. my fault for not asking but what a way to do business?? read more

I've ordered from them online quite a bit and love the service, so I wanted to visit while in town on business. The humidor had a good selection at reasonable prices, and I went with two house brand sticks. They have beer on tap, as well as an enormous bar with a boat load of liquor so your thirst should be quenched. There is an outdoor patio area. I didn't go out there so I can't comment on that, but I did see quite a few people coming in to get more drinks, which led me to believe there isn't any service out there or they were overwhelmed? There was also another space on the other side of the patio labeled as the "members lounge". I didn't go in there either. The stools at the bar are kind of "chunky" and the stools crammed together between two groups already at the bar made it fairly difficult to get in and seated. There was a tall table next to the bar with the same stools, that made it pretty crowded with people seated both at the bar and table. This was more of a "bar" feel, the music was pretty loud and everyone was yelling over it to be a heard. A gentleman next to me (I got the vibe he was a regular) was quite impaired (slurring a lot, had difficulty standing, staggering to the bathroom), and no one had any issues continuing to serve him whiskey and beers. He attempted to pay for three people all together with his card, and it took 4 staff members about 20 minutes of back and forth to say that they "took care of it". As one of the tabs that was "taken care of", I can tell you that it was not. Not that I had any issue paying my tab, it just seemed that the staff didn't understand how to get it done. Purchased a shirt, and after I paid for everything I saw the board with stickers, and asked the staff member if they had any. He looked at the display, then at a shelf under the register and said "I don't really know, it's only my second day. Sorry". This won't dissuade me form ordering online, but I don't see any need to go back in person. read more

I love this place for many reasons. First, the service is amazing! We sat outside in the courtyard area (which is a great place to be) and we had people asking us if we were good every few minutes. They kept our waters topped off, kept the ash trays clean and I never had to ask for another beer. And they weren't just attentive, they were super nice as well, and I mean everyone working there! I just didn't expect that level of service at a cigar bar. It was a great surprise. Secondly, they had a massive beer selection as well as a full bar with plenty of drink selections. A while ago I complained about how I thought this place was changing, not for the better (strictly my opinion). The last few times we have been in here I was cometely surprised. The music is back to the way it was, not heavy metal and music with vulgar lyrics and the volume is also a lot more appropriate, you don't have to scream to hear each other. Love it! read more

I'm just flat not going to buy anywhere else if I can avoid it. I'm at the complete exact opposite side of town to make a visit convenient, but I place an order of about 30-40 sticks online about every month- as soon as I'm low. I always get my order the next day if I place it before the mail run for that day, and I always get a warm note of thanks- plus a couple stickers. The one time an order was shorted by a 5 pack, the make up for it was so over the top and fast- no one has ever shown more appreciation for their clientele in my experience than Fox. Came in for the first time Saturday May 5th. It was about 10:00 PM. Walked right into the humidor room so my hubby could pick out & purchase a cigar. They had so many brands from A-Z. My husband ended up choosing a Forbidden brand cigar that was rich and bold in flavor. The bar area- you can order whiskey, beer, wine & more. Pick the perfect pairing to your stogie! We sat in the outdoor patio area, which was great for me, cause I don't care for being exposed to all that smoke. Staff was approachable, informative, helpful & attentive. Great atmosphere. Cool place for " the guys" to hang out for a : Guys Night Out, Date Night "night cap" ( Like us) & or after a game to just relax! Prices seemed reasonable for their "standard cigars", but can get pretty pricey depending on your taste! We enjoyed our visit. read more

Fantastic cigar bar in Mesa, huge humidor with a giant and varied selections of cigars, as well as a large selection of liquor. The cigar prices are really, really good- much less than what I'm used to back home even for premium sticks (Liga Privadas, My Father the Judge). Draft beer selection is small but tasty, but is augmented by a selection of bottled beers. The bar has two inside lounges with bar tops, sofas and lazyboy seats. I was there on a Saturday evening (really busy) and on a football Sunday (lighter than I would have expected) with all the TVs around the lounges for people to watch. The staff there is very nice and helpful, asking me if I needed help with the cigars as well as asking to fill my glass multiple times. I highly recommend this spot, and I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in AZ. I think they also do online cigar orders, but to date I haven't used them yet. Will fix that shortly! read more

Awesome cigar bar offering private club member experience as well as excellent service to walk-in customers without paid membership. The humidor is well stocked and will satisfy all but the snobbiest of aficionados. The prices are incredibly reasonable. Ample selection of beer, wine and booze. Plenty of outdoor seating with misters for those 100+ south Phoenix nights as well as comfortable indoor lounge setting. Great place for group gatherings or to chil solo. I'd give this place more than 3 stars if it wasn't for the staff. Staff never seems to give a ----- you're there. Not friendly or helpful. Seems like you're bothering them. Great service and a solid selection of cigars. I buy online from them all the time, but have only had limited success with in store purchases. I wish they would run more in store promos at this location, or at lease have similar options as their online deals. There is a members lounge area, but I actually prefer the outdoor patio during decent weather months. Overall a solid place and the best selection and service in the area. read more

I received a damaged $50 cigar and I've been trying to reach Fox Cigars via email, online form, phone, voice mail, social media and no answer give days now. After spending thousands of dollars with them. I would not recommend them as their customer service is the worst out there. Plenty of other great places to shop who actually your business is appreciated. Never again! read more

I have been to over 12 cigar bars across AZ and NM in the last 2 years. This one is the best by far. Their cigar selection is extraordinary and the prices are in line with other establishments. The bar and alcohol selection here is by far way better than any other cigar bar. Whiskeys, Tap beer and wine selection is great, this is a FULLTV's everywhere inside and outside so it's a great place to watch a game!! But the Best thing about this place is the staff. They're all friendly, knowledgeable about cigars and they are always accommodating. Joe and Heather especially are incredible, in the 3 years I've been going here I've never had a bad experience! I've moved to Hawaii with the military, sending a post of my cigar smoking view now! Still miss Foxes though! read more

5 stars and earned them all! Cool spot for middle aged adults to hang out, drink, smoke etc. They do everything right here. Service, dialed in. Drinks, very well made and reasonably priced. Variety/diversity (drinks and stogies) excellent. Crowd, fun but responsible and not stupid. Woman are safe to hang here. Husbands can bring wives and not have to kill anyone for being obnoxious. Really enjoyed this place. Met some friends out here. They had a Scotch tasting class the day I went. It was really done well. The order did have a small mistake, so naturally I childishly lost it and freaked out but not without emailing them an essay on why I was upset lol. This is my go to spot when I want to have a nice cigar and a few adult beverages. The humidor is stocked with primo sticks to budget friendly daily smokes and always the perfect humidity! Best whiskey/bourbon/scotch selection in the east valley for sure. Bartenders and staff are super friendly and always ready to help with cigar or libation recommendations. We visited this location on a Tuesday night and spent most of the time watching basketball on the multiple big screens around the cigar bar. This is a pretty spacious location with a lot of lounging Options including a bar. Service was strong and prompt, drinks were pretty good but a little on the pricey side. Overall, I thought it was a pretty cool spot. It probably goes harder when they have more people so I would have to check it out over the weekend, but if you are into cigar bars, this a good option.

Fox Cigar Bar has become one of my favorite places in the East Valley, and a huge part of that is the staff. Gabby behind the bar and Jeff in the humidor create exactly the kind of atmosphere you hope to find in a cigar lounge: welcoming, knowledgeable, relaxed, and genuinely customer-focused. Jeff, in particular, deserves recognition. You can tell immediately that he cares about helping customers discover what actually fits their palate rather than simply pushing the most expensive stick in the humidor. Every recommendation he's given me has been thoughtful, accurate, and tailored to my tastes. What impressed me most was his honesty and confidence -- he's willing to recommend what's best for the customer, even when that means discussing cigars or experiences beyond what's directly in front of him.
