I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. It was "out for delivery". According to…read morethe FedEx website it could not be delivered because "the business was closed" at 4:52pm. This is a residential address. Called FedEx Customer Support and the lady was no help at all. She said that I need to talk to the shipper. It is not the shippers problem. The shipper had the correct name and address on the package. It is the driver's inability to do his job. He can not read the address and does not care where he leaves the package. And today I received a package that wasn't even addressed to me. Now I am waiting for FedEx to pick it up and get it to the right address. When I have a choice to ship a parcel, I will be using UPS. They are 10 times better than FedEx.

I paid a premium to have my car shipped in an enclosed transport. Car was delayed by one day, no big deal. Car arrived with scuff marks and scratches in multiple places, and driver said he believed they were pre-existing in front of my family who was watching. Pulled out his phone to show me the photos, and none of the marks were there. Driver's excuse was "it is dark and hard to see". I then called the dealership to ask why they didn't disclose marks on the car, in which they said "there are no marks on the car". Called the driver back, and he said "how much do you want for the damages" and I told him I needed estimates and he told me his dispatcher would call me to discuss. Dispatcher never called. I found his number and he asked for photos. Sent him photos and he proceeded to respond asking if I tipped the driver for transporting it safely. Like hello?? You damaged my car?? Now I have to hire an attorney to sue this company. What an absolute disaster!!!!!

The order had the correct address of the recipient, but delivered to MY address instead, just because we share the same house number. This is appalling service. The delivery driver did not read the shipping label in it's entirety. The driver read the house number and the town, that was it. I had to Google the package recipient to find their phone number to let them know. Luckily they had a phone number listed or we would have been out of luck. I should not have had to take care of this delivery. Use with caution!
