I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today. It was "out for delivery". According to…read morethe FedEx website it could not be delivered because "the business was closed" at 4:52pm. This is a residential address. Called FedEx Customer Support and the lady was no help at all. She said that I need to talk to the shipper. It is not the shippers problem. The shipper had the correct name and address on the package. It is the driver's inability to do his job. He can not read the address and does not care where he leaves the package. And today I received a package that wasn't even addressed to me. Now I am waiting for FedEx to pick it up and get it to the right address. When I have a choice to ship a parcel, I will be using UPS. They are 10 times better than FedEx.

The voicemail said they'd be open Tuesday so I left a message. Imagine my shock when Bob Hurst, the owner, called me Saturday morning! I told him exactly what I wanted and he said he thought they had it in stock. But he was at home, so he called his son and asked him to run by the store. Bob called me back later that afternoon and said they could install it Tuesday; and it was done as promised ... for $100 less than the big box. That's what I call customer service.

It took 7 months for them to replace all the dented doors.The ice and water dispenser doesn't work since they replaced the dented doors. I have called many times. Some one takes my number and I never get a call back. Meanwhile this refrigerator has no water and no ice which means I'm buying bags of ice at Publix and bottled water. The Appliance Center is happy to sell anything to you but contacting them about a service repair is like hitting a brick wall. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
