I got .10 lbs, so my order came to $9.20, and they gave me 20 cents off, I assume because I had to listen to the husband yell at the wife to get off the phone and help me. Customer service isn't great, you sort of have to know what you want when you go in, and there is a language barrier if you try to ask for in depth explanations. But if you love good tea, this is a great place to go. It's in the Fubonn center, to the right of the entrance to the market inside.

Their openings are lively and social, with DJs, drinks, and a crowd. They are open call for now to unrepresented artists, so artists, talk to them! They had photography, paintings, and drawings on my visit. Portland loves what their opening events offer. The entrance is on Glisan under the sign Enterprise Building. We appreciate what they are doing and they are a great social magnet in events.

Plaque was supposed to be done a week earlier on a Friday. They called to tell me it would be running late but ready by Monday. OK, no problem. I go back a week later, walk in, and there is my plaque sitting on a chair in the middle of all of these piles. The name plates were not attached yet. OK, so guy screws name plates in and hands me the plaque. No wipe down, no box, packaging, or anything. I go to pay for it and the guy can't find my receipt to pay, no shit... He is literally looking through all of the piles in the pictures, under boxes, under papers, and after 10 minutes I just say, 'Can I just pay you cash for this and you look for the paper on your own time?' So, I pay and I'm outta there! This all happens while another customer is waiting behind me. That guy should have ran out after watching this episode.
