The inside stinks. They got incense burning to make it worse. Then I saw they had slot machines going. How classless. I am here doing 2 loads of laundry and went into the attached food center to purchase a snack for my three year old granddaughter. The clerk had no change on a $4.85 charge, and her manager was going to make change for the quarters in the back I was fine with that, and returned a few moments later at which time the rudeness and professionalism pretty much ruined my trip there. The managers name is Jay, and she literally treated me in such a low class ghetto attitude that really began with a simple Comment from the clerk , regarding the 15 cents change. They still did not have any change, but suggested if i has a dime they would give me a quarter. My reply was " I'm surprised we didn't think of that the first time" I meant that as a simple observation of it being a good solution, and when those words came out of my mouth, the African American clerk rudely said, "you don't have to get combative with me, we don't tolerate customers rudeness" At which time the manager Jay , jumped on board the whole conversation, i asked her how that was interpreted as me being combative, to which the other clerk changed her whole demeanor and glared, raised her voice and the two of them were actually extremely combative, rude and street crass in their behavior. She began waving her hand in that way that is so epically ghetto, and when i asked the manager Jay, who her manager was: her reply was " you don't need to know" They basically tag teamed me, and at the end with clenched jaws and rude expressions B began telling me to " have a blessed day" Translation: Back the f... off I tried to interject that i am a paying customer , but neither one cared, and they seemed like a gang of sorts. Worst customer service from the lady cleaning at night. I took my time ,while me and my husband were washing our clothes, to read all the signs because I don't want to be "that customer". But I had well enough time for a place that's supposed to be 24/7 tacos AND 24/7 wash/dry. Was here well before 11pm...it's 11:29 at night and she's walking around and yelled at my husband "You know we close at 12 right" he sat there with our daughter and ignored her...I came over to him because of how loud she was. The beef tacos I ordered were salty, greasy and had the smell of alpo dog food. I've ate the tacos from here before, and thought they tasted good in the past, but not recently. I was so confused I had to go get tested for Covid next day, and my test results were negative! So the tacos I tried to eat from here were really nasty! Pretty convenient location. Great basic Nachos. Nice snack store. Only two problems I can see are that they need to fix some of those dryers or add more. And have some hot water. my husband went inside and paid $50 for gas at $3.04 a gallon after pumping the gas he looked at the pump and he got 11.01 gallons of gas when he should have received 16.44 gallons of gas. Nothing we can do this time around because he did not take a picture of it until after he left and realized what had happened, and of course fox fuels in Balch Springs doesn't answer their phone so I'm contacting someone else that can catch them if they are stealing gas from their customers. if they do that 15-20 times a day, they are making a nice little profit because we paid $15.20 for gas we did not receive. Plus: Very well maintained and clean. Plenty of dryers and washing machines. Great not having to pay for dryers. Breakfast items on menu low priced. Cons: burgers are high priced. I give it NO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst laundry facility I have ever been to! Almost all the driers are out of order! I'm here right now doing laundry for the first time. Some of the driers that were working don't start again unless the filter is cleaned out. Another lady suggested me to do that and it worked on the ones I cleaned out. On others it didn't. They only give 4 minutes to dry. Why are the machines set for only 15 minutes to dry when it takes about 25-30 minute too? The place is dirty. Do y'all not clean the laundry detergent compartment? There's drier sheet everywhere. Getting back to the filters, the ones I took out had thick drier lint, that's gross! Fox needs to pay me for doing their employees work. Lastly why isn't there any hand soap in the restroom? For so many to be worried about getting Covid, Fox is the last place you want to do laundry at! I was just told the Mens restroom has water puddles on the floor. Thanks for wasting our money and time coming here!!!!! Fox, people's time is value able. Stopped in on the way back from a road trip to get some tacos. I read the reviews but most had to do with the service & issues not related to the food. It's a huge site with many many gas pumps. Don't be fooled by the laundromat attached. The tacos were delicious. The burrito wasn't bad either. The establishment looks pretty fancy inside & the bathrooms were clean. I would definitely stop in again. My only issue was that the doors on the bathroom stalls were really close to the toilets. Don't know that I've ever had that issue in any other ladies restroom. Don't take your purse in the stall if you don't have to. read more

Tacos aren't good at all. Tortillas are soggy. All onions no cilantro and they premix it so if you ask for cilantro you're just gonna get more onions. Trompo and salsas have no flavor. This is the first bad review I've ever written so that says a lot. Customer service is seriously lacking at the checkout and taco station. Nice n tasty tacos, but here's my problem with them. Bought some for the first time ever in the afternoon and the lady at the taco stand packed them nicely with meat. Went back for more a lot at night and the guy at the taco stand barely put any meat in them at all. Used to have clean Bathrooms now they have half the sinks work , one soap working and one hand dryer. gas pumps don't take cards so skip that if on way to work. With 80 gas pumps you'll never have to wait to fill up! Clean restrooms but not as much privacy as the Texas Roadhouse across the street. But they keep them clean and the tacos are really good! Open 24 hours so you can wash your clothes anytime. I like going when there's nobody hardly there which is after 12 AM or 5 AM. $7.50 for the biggest washer and you get to dry your clothes for free. Unless you didn't wash there. Not sure how they manage to control that but anyway it works out great for me! So happy to have Fox Fuels right down the street! read more

Price gougers!!!!!!!! I was very unhappy to see what they did to customers after the Houston hurricane. Although this location did have gas when everyone else was out, what they did on jacking the price was unethical and I will NEVER use this gas station again. I stopped in yesterday afternoon to get a pack of America Spirits cigarettes and some snacks. When I asked the cashier for them I told him the Turquoise pack and told him they were on the end. He pointed to them and a nodded my head yes. At that time I got my card out to pay for them (which was on the other side of the register from my sight). After swiping my card I noticed he hadn't rung up my other purchases. When I went to tell him, I noticed he had retrieved the wrong cigarettes. When I brought it to his attention he stated that he couldn't exchange them for the cigarettes I pointed out to him. Even though I was right there, he refused to exchange them stating since I scanned my card, he couldn't exchange them for the correct ones. Even though the pack he rang up was the green pack and the fact he pointed to the correct pack that I requested which was the turquoise pack, he refused to exchange them. I reqiested to speak with the manager and he said there was no manager there. The person behind me stated this had happened to him also and the manager has to refund his money. The lady cleaning the floors in the back came up to attend us and prepare tacos, i noticed she did not wear gloves or wash her hands after cleaning in the back.
