The manager misled me into believing that damages left by the former tenant would be taken care of by using the security deposit, but later told me the repairs wouldn't be approved and provided only a vague excuse about "aesthetics".The laundry room is usually disgusting and rarely cleaned. The appliances and electric floorboard heaters are at least 20 yrs old and much needed renovations are left undone. I thought conditions would improve and I was wrong! I've learned that complaining accomplishes nothing, they only want your monthly rent check and obviously don't care what you think, even if you're right.
