I had my first…read morevisit and everything went smooth, I was then giving a new appointment for testing, and I was 10 minutes early and they took me 45 minutes later than my appointment. My follow up appoint was cancelled which I made over 6 weeks ago. They said I had to wait at least another 6 to 8 weeks for another appointment in which they cancelled ??? Its really too bad I really like my Dr but the support staff is destroying its physician's reputation.

Doctor takes no accountability for their inconsistent incompetencies and prefers to shift the blame onto the patient and suggest they find a new provider. This doctor cannot take any criticism, is incredibly condescending, and has no control whatsoever over his office. Don't waste your time as they have no idea what is going on or how to care for patients.

Dr. Hussain's approach and compassionate care put me at ease, and I left feeling confident in the treatment plan we discussed. It's rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism with such kindness. I highly recommend the shifa clinic. Can't say the same for the front desk. May be it was just Monday.
