If anything is not right, I as the homeowner have to ask why (why is the water cloudy?) and the response is (shrugs shoulders) call the office and have the send a repair person out to investigate. I've been paying this company to come weekly (even in the dead of Winter when no one is using the pool) because I was sold on "we need be there weekly to stay on top of any issues." That is far from what has been happening -- homeowner should not have troubleshoot water quality issues. He listened to what we wanted, answered our questions, and assured us they could handle our project. After meeting with several references, our decision was made to go with Barefoot based on the quality of the pools, landscapes, and designs we saw and most importantly, the overwhelmingly positive comments made on behalf of Barefoot by their previous clients. Not one negative comment was shared. Then, we had the opportunity to meet his wife Tami who handled the design aspect of the project. Tami was a joy to work with and brought our vision to life. Upon completion of the project, the end result was better than we could have expected. The pool is gorgeous, the craftsmanship is outstanding, and the landscaping is exactly what we envisioned. When I called to ask him to fix it he just stopped returning my calls and just stop showing up. Very unprofessional/unreliable. Omar decided not to show up during a major heatwave in June and my hot tub went green and pool started to develop algae. I Just had American leaks detection out here and verified that the barrel coupling he attempted to install has been leaking and that is why my pool is not priming. Stay away from wet and wild, they are the worst
