There is structure and curriculum in place for all age groups, so I never felt the need to send my kids to preschool since they were already learning what they needed to at Leo. Both of my children attended the school over the past few years. My son started when he was just 15 months old and will go into the Pre-K program this year, and my daughter just completed her first year of Kindergarten. She entered completely prepared academically and socially and we received excellent feedback from her teacher about her preparedness, largely due to Adat Shalom Preschool. Both kids have very different personalities and learn in their own special ways. And both have received excellent care and education at Adat Shalom. The teachers truly care about each child and help them to develop skills, create connections and have fun. The families come from many different cultural and religious backgrounds, helping to create a diverse learning environment. Personally, I really enjoy that the school lets parents to be very involved in school activities and events. It has allowed me to foster my own friendships and be a part of my children's education. Practically, I also like that there are various scheduling options so I could craft the experience in the way that made the most sense for each of my kids.
