The guy who estimated my house was super friendly and seemed to actually care about my issues and not just sell me. I discovered my crawl space has no insulation. He recommended closed cell spray foam insulation. He also recommend topping off the existing fiberglass batt insulation in my attic with cellulose blow in. ( I had one guy who wanted to charge big $$ to remove the existing insulation and start fresh just because it was old). After getting the estimate and thinking about the job, I went with them. A few Saturday's later Tedco's crew arrived on time and got right to work. I had a few questions during the job and every guy I spoke was friendly and got me the answer. I was surprised that a few hours later they were finished. Before they left the crew leader went over everything and asked me if there was any issues or questions about the job. After they left my house felt warmer and it looked as clean and put back together as it did before they arrived. I'm very happy with my choice of Tedco Insulation.

He repaired some boards that were rotted and loose, and refinished the whole deck. My jaw dropped from the results, not only is IronRidge Contracting great at building decks, they are equally as great at repairing them! His estimate and final price lined up so well, he even offers financing, which I happily took advantage of this time around. When it comes to decks Nick from Iron Ridge knows what he's doing, saying he's an expert is an understatement. It was either going to take over a week to see me, or they wouldn't repair windows that they didn't install. I found Hockessin Homeworks here, and even though they didn't have any reviews I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did. They stopped by the same day, took a look at the window and told me that they thought they could squeeze the job in before the end of the day. After a nightmare contractor experience to begin, I was confident when I then hired Red Hammer I would be in good hands. While things started off well, they quickly declined and I was left with half finished projects yet I was out the full amount as if everything was fully completed and correct. Towards the end everything was rushed, so things weren't completed to the quality you'd expect for the price and some other items were simply not completed.
