Locker rooms are ok. They have plenty of towels, showers, and small dryers for your bathing suits. They offer the cold plunge pools and offer instructions on how to best use them for greater benefits. They have a small cafe towards the entrance with fun and yummy drinks. Large parking lot, but it does fill up quickly as this is a popular spot.

The rooms are all well kept and maintained but the beds could be a little more comfortable. Location is great since it's close to the freeway, airport, and downtown. Our 2 queen room has a sofa bed, desk, and kitchenette with full size fridge, sink, microwave and dishwasher. You can borrow portable stoves from the front desk. Housekeeping comes every other day. The bed is a bit too soft but seems similar to many other hotels in the US.

Once we got further into the room we noticed that the room wasn't clean. There were stuff on the walls beds and surfaces, which looked to be bodily fluids. We called the front desk and basically was told there was nothing they could do but they would pass the complaint to a manager. So we headed to the store to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the room. I went to the front desk to speak with the manager and was told they are unavailable but my number is written down to for them to call. I said ok fine, can we please get a housekeeper up to our room to clean it. They said of course it'll be cleaned today. The room wasn't clean never cleaned . Went back to the front desk and asked for the manager again and was told they weren't here but again would follow up with me when I get back. Asked why no one cleaned they said there was nothing requested. Left and tried to get some sleep. Woke up the next day went to the front desk to speak to manager again not available but would contact me. Asked again for the room to be cleaned and fresh towels and they assured me it would be cleaned came back and nothing was done. We left that hotel 5 days ago and I'm still unable to get any response from the management. If you stay at this hotel it would be the biggest mistake you've ever made.

This location is close to the highway only a few miles from the downtown area. You're away from the crowd but close enough if you need anything. The decor and ambiance is what you would expect, outdoorsy, wooden, chic, with a medium high end vibe. The rooms are nice with a small fridge, coffee bar area, a desk that I have used and needed many mornings and nights. The hotel staff is superb. The gym is better than most. Pool and Jacuzzi is always a nice touch. The free breakfast and coffee is always a good touch. I'll be back when I come back for work and for a vacation with my family.

I also used the gym twice during my stay, and it exceeded my expectations. It was clean, stocked with towels and water, and featured excellent equipment, a brand new peloton bike. There was also a nice indoor pool. The complementary breakfast each morning was fresh, satisfying and a great way to start the day. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to everything . I rented a car, I was a bit disappointed that guests are charged for parking. I do hope the hotel will consider waiving parking fees in the future. After I returned home, I noticed a charge on my bill from the hotel restaurant, a charge i hadn't made. I called the hotel, and they assured me they would look into it. Just two days later, i received a call from Ryan Bates, the assistant general manager, who personally apologized for the inconvenience and promptly issued a refund. That level of customer service truly stands out and ledt a lasting impression. All in all, this was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again next time im in Bozeman.

Neutral: most Marriott's in the US are not super accommodating to platinum status, they might just say thank you for your loyalty, but it feels like you're just another number to them; probably because there's a plethora of platinum members due to cc offers. Negative: they automatically seem to put a $15 parking charge without asking if you drove. Breakfast was 630-830am on weekdays. Not sure why they don't do it until the standard 9am. Breakfast is your standard fare, nothing special. Location: not downtown, not near the airport but halfway in between both and a fine location if you don't need to be in central Bozeman. Overall, it was a comfy and okay stay. Always good to have more options in Bozeman.

We got a cozy two-room suite, which gave us privacy and saved some dollars. We were on the second floor, with an indoor-facing balcony with several chairs, opening onto the high-ceiling hall, with soothing "white-noise" from a pool full of giant koi goldfish. Cool! The swimming pool was nice, with windows to the outside so it was bright. Clean pool, and clean pool area. it was big enough. I think there were five hot tubs! Breakfast was pretty good. Hot eggs, sausage links, slightly spicier smoked sausage slices (yum!), grits, potatoes. Biscuits! Also a pancake machine! That was a little slow when everyone was there, but it was fun, especially for the kids. Good tasting hot coffee. A wide-open high-ceiling dining area.
